Very nice, high quality furniture. We are on the hunt for a couch. I truly liked everything in there from the fabrics (color and choices) to the feel, to the level of comfort.
It's super pricey...at least the couches are; the several sofas that I inquired about (customized) were $13k. Other places with same specs/material were about $5k.
Unfortunately this place is not in our budget BUT if it's in your budget, go for it! I think it would be worth it if you can afford it. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason :)

We love our beautiful couch and two swivel chairs from The Joneses! We had a small issue and they completely fixed it and we're absolutely wonderful about it. This store provides a bespoke customer experience at a time when furniture shopping is a nightmare. Exquisite unique products, helpful knowledgeable staff - and prompt customer service. Highly recommend!

This is the second sofa I brought from them. AMAZING. Everything from the service to the quality of the merchandise to the delivery was impeccable! When I had to change delivery times, they were accommodating, friendly and so professional!!! Highly highly highly recommend!!! They have styles that i have not seen at any other furniture stores! Wow. Beyond impressed with the customer service and hands on approach with this company. The OWNER came by to make sure the couch we purchased was in upstanding condition because "her company would not be what it is without it's customers."

I have not made a purchase here but I did call a few days ago to make an appointment to visit the showroom to check out some couches.
We came on a Saturday and met with Kerri and she was great! Very nice and made good suggestions. Patient. Knowledgeable.

We searched for our new sofa a year ago. We had a specific idea about what we wanted and getting a customized sofa seemed far fetched, but we explored it anyway. We wandered into The Joneses LA and met Carrie. She helped us figure out that we could have exactly what we wanted and two weeks later we received our beautiful sofa. Great customer service and great sofa. One year later we needed a repair on the sofa and we received some of the best customer service we've ever gotten. Both Carrie and Noa were beyond awesome in getting us taken care of.

I accidentally ran into this store and I'm glad I did because the merchandise and service is different. I was attended with dignity. No pressure as I freely walked around. Johnny who assisted was very humble and patient with me. It took awhile for me to settle on the right couch because of the beautiful selections. The price was very reasonable. I'm very happy and just can't stop talking about this place to my friends. I encourage anyone shopping for a piece of furniture to visit this store. You will be very happy you did.

That's how look "custom" made sofa just in two weeks of use. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy sofas from that friendly store. You chose something based on the floor sample but never know what you actually purchased. Lifetime warranty they offered on frame which impossible to break. Fabric quality is horrible. Preferable method of payment credit card at least you would protected by your credit card merchant. I will update you further. Loveseat pillow after one month

We stopped in one day to look for a new couch and met Josh, who walked around the store explaining all the couches we were interested in. We picked one out but wanted to shop around to be sure it was the one. We went back and forth, stopped in several times, and asked tons of questions. Josh was always extremely helpful and patient as well as really knowledgeable about the couches and fabrics. We had a minor miscommunication about something and they were quick to correct it and take care of us without any issues. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the store we instantly felt like family. Johnny took excellent care of us and helped us furnish our entire living room. Two beautiful leather chairs, gorgeous gold top coffee table and the upper west side couch. We originally wanted the chesterfield version, but Johnny knew that the size would be all wrong. He was 100% right. We can't stop bragging about Johnny and Margot and we are so in love with our pieces! xo
