Each candidate have to comply to the necessary requirements and undergo a certain screening. First, we conduct a complete criminal background check on every applicants. A great friend of mine referred me to A-List when I needed leasing agents on very short notice. I was hesitant at first due to negative past experiences with temp agencies, however I needn’t have worried.
A-List is unique in that they actually send you trained candidates who have taken a Fair Housing class (which is actually developed by A-List). It is very common for leasing agents to not completely understand this concept. So I was very impressed that this staffing agency offers this class. This also lessens the likelihood of lawsuits for their clients. It is imperative that I have well trained

I have worked with Bill for almost 15 years, both using him to get staffing, and to find jobs myself. If you are looking to get into the apartment industry, this is the place to go! They are always looking for good, talented and enthusiastic people, and they work with some of the best management companies in Dallas. Their standards are high, because they only want the best to represent them. Anyone who is unhappy with this agency should probably take a serious look at what they are bringing to the table.

A- List Apartment staffing is a great place to work, not only do they make sure it's a great fit for you before they place you they really take the time to understand what YOU NEED in a company before they place you. Being new to the state and area is not so overwhelming because they take the time to find a place close to your house so you are not traveling too far and through mounds of traffic to get to work. Ive never met people at a company that pay such attention to details as the team at A- List. Thank you guys!!! You have been a huge blessing in my life.
