Similar to its HLP Selectorized Rack counterpart, the Prodigy HLP (High/Low Pulley) Plate Loaded Rack can also be utilized as a standard half rack and a multi-functional cable machine - featuring dual adjustable pulleys and dual upper fixed pulleys. All of this, coupled with the wide assortment of Prodigy Rack attachment options creates an extraordinary amount of versatility and exercise possibilities.
The PRIME Prodigy Power Rack features a robust 3"x3" tube construct of 11-gauge steel. The Prodigy Power Rack comes standard with J-Hooks, Spotter Bars, and ample storage that can accommodate all of the Prodigy Line add-on attachments. As with all PRIME Prodigy Racks, the uprights have 1" holes with 2" spacing for a wide variety of adjustment options.

The Evolution Seated Row offers eight seat adjustments, eight chest pad adjustments and two grip options (Standard Grips or RO-T8 Grips) to accommodate a variety of users and pulling options. It is equipped with our SmartCam Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
