Tim McConnell Photography was established in 1984 and serves central Iowa in the photography services of school pictures, league and school sports, dance studios, and high school and college graduations. We photograph events at the state level for dance, cheer, and American Legion Boys and Girls State through "Event Imaging by Tim McConnell".
We photograph events that demand a staff of more than 20 employees with capabilities to handle and upload 30,000 images in a 2-day period. We are able to cover multiple events in a single day with the availability of our staff of 11 photographers, 3 graphic designers, 3 customer service representatives, and multiple on-call production employees.

The photos taken by Tim are decent for the most part.
The complaints I have are with the ordering website itself: 1) There's no way to center multiple lines of text on an image. Oh yes, you can add lines of text. And you can bold them if you want. But there's no way to center them unless you manually add spaces to each row. 2) If you make a mistake on text that you've added to an image YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER! 3) On an iPhone, the Package F on the ordering website doesn't list that it comes with 16 wallets. 4) No packages that come with a class photo. 5) No way to order all 4-5 images in a

New to town, used to being able to quickly find my sons picture with an ID number and ordering without issue (I also love that the company my sons previous school works with Shutterfly, even more convenient for me) I had to wait for the pictures to finally show up on the website and sort through the entire school to get to my kids picture. The “online ordering” really is false advertising. I didn’t like the picture enough to deal with all of the hassle, so if you don’t send money in the envelope before the pictures are taken you are SOL.

I’ve emailed this company looking for my 5X7 that I purchased back in, oh, I don’t know, November, and I still have yet to get a response. His company photographed another event for my kids and their names aren’t listed so I have to scroll through hundred of pictures to find my kids’ pictures. Unprofessional to not respond to customers, theft to not provide for PAID items and clearly overworked or has taken too much on to be more organized.
