We purchased my ring somewhere else but we got the stone replaced at Bennett’s. This process went great with no complaints. A few weeks later I needed to get my ring inspected in order to keep it under warranty. I finally got it confirmed that the only person who can do this for me would be in the office. We rush out the door to get this inspection done. On our way there, I get a call from them saying that she doesn’t have time to inspect my ring. The inspection process takes no more than 15 minutes. I called again to figure this out and they hung up on me! The assistant was great but in the

Bennett's is truly a treasure in this town. Great selection, super customer service that is always personable. It's rare to have that "hometown jeweler" experience nowadays, but this is the place!! We have purchased new, had repairs done, and now a custom piece is being created for us. All top notch work. Thank you Alison for being there, both your stores are important to this town.

We have done ring prongs repair. They did an excellent repair job on a vintage ring and cleaned the ring and stone perfectly. We were very satisfied with their work. They did their repair work on site. We brought the ring on Thursday for a weekend job and it was ready to pick up on Monday morning. we highly recommend because they offer a very good service. The jeweler is very knowledgeable about jewels and was very helpful.

Just picked up my wedding ring after leaving it with Bennett's for repair. It's wonderful! The jeweler was knowledgeable and knew what I needed to have done in order to rescue my diamond. She took the time to explain once the ring came back so that I could see and understand the repair. They also have a large custom-order capability along with some amazing pieces in-store that made me drool.

I LOVE Bennett's Fine Jewelry! I'm never disappointed with their great selection of merchandise or their very attentive and friendly service. Melanie and Alison are my "go to" jewelers... They've assisted me with purchases and repaired valued vintage pieces for me....going out of their way to ensure that the stones match. They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Love walking into this store and admiring all the beautiful jewelry. Unfortunately, when I had them repair my wedding ring that jewelry repair is not their strength. My "repaired" diamond was repaired with a cheaper brand of metal that has already begun to change color and the setting formed around the diamond that they "repaired" is the only one that catches. I am now in pursuit of another jeweler who can repair the setting that Bennett's Fine Jewelry "repaired". Really like to support local places, but I would recommend going elsewhere for any jewelry repair.
