I go to this store every three to four years to buy a runner for my 20-foot galley kitchen. I typically pick out a carpet, have it cut to size, and it always comes out perfectly. I went there the other day again. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive even though I was shopping in the remnants section, and the section itself had a large selection to choose from. Great service! I'll be going back in another few years.

Great products and excellent service! They have done not only the carpeting in my home, but also the runners on both sets of stairs in my home, as well as waterproof plank flooring in my dining area. Carpet Mill recently installed new carpet in our home and we couldn't be happier! We received friendly service in the showroom each time we stopped by to check out samples and ask questions.
