Lipp and Sullivan Funeral Directors is soley family-owned and operated by Dan and Kay Gray. The Gray family has been providing compassionate care to grieving families and individuals in California since 1888. At Lipp and Sullivan, we pride ourselves on being family-owned. Lipp and Sullivan is owned and personally operated by Dan and Kay Gray, who have lived in the Yuba City-Marysville area for over 30 years. They truly care about the families they serve, and they are dedicated to providing personal attention. We at Lipp and Sullivan understand that each family and individual is unique and valued.
Lipp and Sullivan is located on historic D Street in Marysville. Our facility can accommodate most any size funeral, from the intimate to the large. Lipp and Sullivan is easy to find, and when you arrive, there is ample parking for family and friends. In addition, we have all the updated equipment needed to display memorial presentations at services.

The staff were amazing, and directed our family with planning my fathers memorial and cremation. They assisted every step of the way, and ensured we got my father the proper military honors for his lifetime of service to the country. Thank you Lipp and Sullivan for everything!!
