My name is Roy Goings, and I am the owner and founder of Waitaminute Entertainment. Born and raised in New York, the center of the music industry, I got my first set of turntables at the age of 10. What started out as a hobby as a young child quickly spiraled into the career of my dreams after moving to Philadelphia.
I started djing for classmates parties in high school which progressed to bar events, nightclubs, and even the radio! My passion for music and djing lead me to founding Waitaminute Entertainment in 2008 and we have been on the rise ever since! The team I have put together has over 50 years combined experience, yes you read that right, FIFTY YEARS!

Services
Waitaminute Entertainment consists of experienced, professional DJ's which we assure you everything will be handled in a proper and professional manner. We work with wedding planners and venue coordinators to ensure your special day is stress free and goes as smooth as possible, as well as provide support to wedding photographers and videographers if you have media which requires musical accompaniment.
Waitaminute Essentials - This package includes a meeting with your DJ before you sign a contract, 1 hour of cocktail music, 4 hours of reception music, and 1 DJ. Waitaminute Experience - This package includes the Waitaminute Essentials package, an assistant with the DJ, PLUS basic dance floor lighting.
We had DJ Waitaminute at our wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough how FANTASTIC he was! He had our guests dancing from the very first song to the last, and even after that! We had guests commenting all night long just how great he was, and we're still receiving calls/texts from friends raving about the reception!
Waitaminute Entertainment provides not only exceptional DJ services for your event but also fun games, lighting, photo booths, and much more! We provide entertainment services for anniversaries, bars and night clubs, birthday parties, community events, Confirmations and Communions, graduation parties, karaoke, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, nursing home events, Quinceaneras, reunions, school dances and proms, Sweet 16's and more!
