This company is a joke. With every airline and hotel offering flexible policies due to the COVID pandemic this company is not offering anything. Even though the festival last week and this week (Dead & Co) was offered the option for refunds if the weren't comfortable going...they are refusing to do so for Crash My Playa. Even with work restrictions preventing you from leaving the country (which is not covered by the insurance policy they "encourage" you to purchase) with a letter from your company. I then asked for it to be applied to next years event and they wouldn't allow

Terrible, money grabbers. They used to be great and that's why we've spent thousands and thousands of dollars to see Dave and Tim in Mexico, 4 years in a row. This year they gave us an ultimatum months after we purchased our packages. Get vaccinated or lose your $7000. Not everyone is comfortable with getting the shot. They had to have known this, but they've made no effort to help with those of us who can't get vaccinated choose not to. It's so irritating that they sell themselves as a high end entertainment experience yet they manage to treat their loyal customers like

The concert was amazing. John definitely put on a spectacular show. However, my concern is with the VIP package that we basically didn't get except for the seats and the so-called meet-and-greet. Definitely far from a good VIP. I completely understand the safety precautions and can respect that, but to not even be allowed even 30 seconds to speak to John or ask a question or two and instead be rushed through like cattle was really disappointing. We love CID! With this company we've been able to have incredible reserved seats for so many shows! Their customer service has always been good for us. We've never had a problem. We've purchased vip tickets through CID many many times. I do wish they had more conscious pre show snacks. Gluten free / vegan please?! We like snacks too! But even that is not a problem when you consider the amazing views that you otherwise won't get at your favorite shows.

I could not be more disappointed in this company. While I'm fully aware of their refund policy, I guess I expected too much when I emailed and asked for a refund for 2 shuttle tickets to the Wu Tang show on Halloween night. I explained to "Mia" that due to a recent cancer diagnosis for our family dog, we would not be making the trip from Maryland. The vet informed us he would not make it past October, thus us cancelling and wanting to spend every minute with him instead of taking a trip without him. CID is a scam. We bought tickets to Ben Folds in NY and it was a complete rip-off!! They didn't have exact times but said the VIP would be about 2 hours before. We bought tickets to fly to NY and then they scheduled the event 3.5 hours early the week prior. The staff was completely clueless and unhelpful. We could have bought the book and saved $400.

These folks are rip offs. I wish I could give -10 stars
We attended an event in Kauai on New Years Eve. After spending $2,000 apiece for VIP tickets we were sadly disappointed.
1. There was no special parking for handicapped as I was in a knee brace at the time
2. Staff had no idea what's going on when asked questions like "where do we enter?" Once we found the entrance we stood in a LONG line and the VIP line took longer to get in to the event that regular $300 tickets
3. We were told when we bought the tickets we would have appetizers along with dinner ....there were 2 limited

I wish I could give no stars. These frauds sell "VIP" event experiences at overpriced amounts and fail to deliver as promised. There are negative reviews all over the internet from consumers who've been disappointed by them. I purchased a $121.50 ticket package to the Decemberists concert in New Orleans. Awful experience, will be making sure to avoid cid events in the future.
Be sure to check your junk mail for important information about your event thats different from what your tickets and event website says, also event staff are not informed properly and will give you misleading information. I waisted $700 on two vip tickets to a Lindsey sterling meet & great plus show tickets due to the fact that what's printed on my ticket as the start time is incorrect and event staff had no idea about what was going on. If there was one sign up with directions or had employees been properly informed

I wish I had checked out the Yelp reviews of this company before I got suckered by their promise of a VIP entertainment experience for a concert by Taj Mahal and Keb Mo at Denver Botanic Gardens on July 23, 2018.

I purchased two VIP tickets for this event and per the website and what I saw at checkout, I was promised 1) early entry to the venue, 2) Premium VIP reserved seating within the first five rows of the venue, 3) a meet and greet with the artists, 4) Premium merchandise and luggage tag.

I wish that I could give a 0 Star rating for this company. Let me start off by simply saying this is the worst experience I could give to my wife.

I purchased a Meet and Greet package for Papa Roach in Albuquerque NM recently and when she arrived at the show (at 6:00 PM, like it said on the tickets), they stated that the meet and greet was at 4:00 PM. She missed it completely. After talking to the staffer (Will Jarvis), he said that we should have received an e-mail in regards to the meet and greet being at 4:00 PM. Super unfortunate that these guys run VIP at literally every festival because they are HORRIBLE. My experience with them at Okeechobee Music Festival was insanely bad and I'm honestly surprised that more people haven't written horrible stuff on here about them.
I'm exhausted from writing about them and writing to them and to the festival owners about them, but basically they said they were offering a lot of services that they didn't at the festival. When the issues were brought up on-site they were met with disinterest. I asked for a partial refund in an attempt to be reasonable

I spent over $700 per ticket, for the Golden Road VIP experience at the Hollywood Bowl this past spring. Amazing show, Dead and Co stepped it up at such an amazing Venue.

CID on the other hand did not give us the VIP treatment we paid for. The lounge was a joke. But the most frustrating park is that never fulfilled their perks end of the deal. Went back and fourth with them on phones calls and emails.

These guys are not true dead heads nor running a good business. I was planning on buying tickets for the Fall run but will not now based on this experience with CID Entertainment.

Their website is highly misleading. I bought VIP tickets to Dashboard Confessional, which I later found out were just "upgrades" that don't include tickets. I bought a package that was named the same thing as their package that was described as including a ticket in the first 15 rows or a GA ticket, but it turns out that the one I bought doesn't include one at all. Basically, I spent $200 on something I can't use at all. They won't let you attend the VIP preshow stuff without a ticket to the show and at this point all the good tickets are gone and even the worst tickets

I was one of 12 people who purchased the Hardwired experience with Metallica in Philly. The staff was amazing. Our tour leader John-Michael was a top notch professional. He was relaxed, funny, made us feel welcome and was able to handle any concerns we as a group had. He solved a situation I had about getting a ticket to the show for my brother I had, since I could not leave the venue and my brother was running late. They were able to give it to a staff person who went out to meet him. Then entire staff was kind and attentive, especially Joe who helped us stay calm with meeting the band members

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY


We had one of their driver practically kidnap us in a bus without air conditioning in the desert on our way to a concert. We asked multiple times to be let off due to the smell of the bathroom and the heat mixture. We asked the driver to repeatedly call his supervisor (fell upon ears that didn't understand English) which he failed to do. We then had to open the emergency hatches on the tops of the busses in order to get airflow which was still in-adequate. After an hour of being on the bus, we finally arrived and we're granted freedom. Multiple complaints

I finally received my merchandise 2 months after the show. The vinyl was a.) damaged when it arrived and b.) was not even autographed as was outlined in the package description (instead they included a piece of paper with the album cover that was autographed). The two t-shirts look embarrassingly bad. I hope CID goes out of business ASAP!
