As a repeat customer of over 20 years, I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences with Ann. I was initially drawn to her designs because they are unique. I return time and again because she is an expert craftswoman and gives an honest opinion of what works best to create the highest quality final product (the word “product” barely does any justice to her work - each piece is wearable art). She is approachable and easy to work with, and goes out of her way to make each client feel welcome. Ann has an incredible work ethic and never misses a deadline - I’ve made some pretty complex

Had very unpleasant experience with the owner. Little regard for client satisfaction and no apparent concern for keeping repeat business. I guess she must have so much business she doesn't need to make the effort to keep her existing customers happy. When one purchases luxury goods, one expects superior customer service. Not here. Avoid this business if you might need ANY post purchase service.

I’ve twice now had the opportunity to make purchases from Ann, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the product. Both times, because I am a man, I decided at the last minute to buy some custom jewelry as a gift and called Ann; both times, despite a tight deadline, she came through with days to spare. On each occasion she listened to what I had in mind, made recommendations, and took the time to explain the nuances of things like diamonds and gold that I honestly had no idea about, making sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and, more importantly, that I understood exactly

This is by far one of my favorite places to visit in Williamsport. The people that work here always go above and beyond to be friendly and to assist. Once you walk into the store they always stop what they are working on to come and greet you and make you feel like an extra special guest. They are very knowledgeable about jewelry and are always so excited to share with you information about the stones, gems, and jewelry making process if you ask. It is evident that the jewelry is very good quality. Though a lot of the jewelry is quite pricey they do have a lot of pieces that are reasonable

I visited this store two days ago and bought a small/whimsical-looking piece of pottery. The two people working there (someone else [probably the owner] was in the office) were friendly and low-key. One of them wrapped my purchase very carefully, and she even offered to give me money for the parking meter when I was running out of time (I wouldn't have taken her money and it turned out that I didn't need to refill the meter, but it was a very nice gesture on her part).
