I should have read the reviews before I had my services here . My gel nail polish is chipping on day 3 after getting my nails done here . I think they may want to reevaluate the quality of their gel polish. They were able to take me pretty quickly as a walk in but I had my nails done by a very inexperienced nail tech . She kept burning my nails with the drill which made me jump each time. Her gloves were too big for her and they kept getting caught in the drill. Communication was not good here, when I asked for the color I wanted she didn't understand. 2 stars for the check in process and

Got a full acrylic set. Cute color but two of my nails are crooked. When I told the tech, she said she was going to fix it but they both still look crooked. Tech also kept nicking my cuticles. Didn’t really seem like she was focused on doing my nails.
I paid $72 for a regular pedi and acrylic set and would of paid $82 but had a credit from being overcharged the previous visit. I thought the regular pedi was $28 and set was $33 per the prices on the sign in the salon. Not sure why it was so expensive.

I started okay with Exotic Nails however at my second fill something went wrong. Within a couple days the nail polish was peeling even though it was gel polish. Also two of my nails chipped. I called and let them know what happened they tell me to come in and they would fix them. I went in and they rushed through a fix of my whole right hand cuz by then all of them were peeling. Not 15 minutes after I left the Polish started rubbing off again. I was very annoyed because I have no time for this. The next morning I called to let them know what happened. I enjoyed my experience at first but the man who did my nails did them terribly. The owner, Jenny, had to redo them because they were so bad. She even said they were bad herself and gave me $5 off. Once she fixed them they were beautiful. But after 5 days two nails have already broken off. I haven't even been doing anything too extreme with my hands. I know it was just the quality of the acrylics themselves. The guy rushed through them and they are such poor quality underneath the fixed designs. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I don't understand what all the bad reviews are for? They did a stunning job in a timely manner but not rushed. They were gentle on my nails and I'm satisfied with the quality. I will say that the website pricing and the real life pricing are different but every salon I go to is like that. You gotta get people in the door some how and it's been hard times for every small business. Thank you guys so much and I will be returning.

I took my daughter in to do her nails as she is 6 and they have cute small child chairs. When I asked for a pedicure they stated they don't do that they just paint nails for small children. I then pointed to their sign as I clearly states children under 9 mani/pedi with prices. They did in fact do it after all. All while being rude to her as she was trying her best to stay still. price was supposed to include a free design which she never got either. So rude and will never take my business back there!

My daughter-in-law and I were looking for a nail place that could take both of us at the same time. Apparently not so easy post pandemic. But Exotic Nails by Jenny was able to give us a 5:30pm appointment same day. I explained to Kevin that I had surgery on my right foot 3 months ago and he assured me he would be careful. He certainly was and took care of all the issues that develop when someone's foot has been in a walking boot for weeks and has limited range of motion. I do not know that older woman's name that did my nails today, as she did not speak English and it took 2 other nail ladies to translate for me.
She may not speak English, but gave me one of the best manicure and pedicure that I have ever had. The place was not that busy and she took her time. Not rushed and slap dash like other local salons.
I definitely will be back. The price was reasonable. Only $40 with the waxing of my feet included.

Jenny does not take responsibility for her mistakes or mistakes made by the other technicians, she blames the clients. Who does that?
After being a dedicated customer for over a year I experienced Jenny's incompetence and lack of responsibility as a business owner. These salons are funded by American taxes as part of reparation to Vietnamese immigrants. So many of these salons treat Americans like we owe them, I disagree and will look for salons owned by legitimate upright reasonable owners !
Don't throw too many of your customers under the bus JENNY, it is bad karma!

I got a new set of acrylic nails and they were rushing to get my nails done. Every-time one of their regular costumes came in they went to attend their needs and sent me back and forth between 3 different people. As a result my nails keep lifting and breaking from simple tasks like putting lawn chairs away and opening a can. 4 of my nails have broken one after the other. One nail broke from one hand then another one from the other hand and back and forth.

I have gone to Jenny when she was at the other salon and followed her to her new place. A little confused about the name...is it Exotic Nails or Exotic Nails by Jenny??? I always thought she was the best but my feelings have changed. She refuses to do my pedicures herself. She doesn't want the other girls to not have anything to do. Her work is so much worse the longer I go to her. She never attends to cuticles unless I point it out to her. Her polish never goes to the edge. I have gone back two times and she says its my fault! She is reckless with her tools and nicks me several times

Jenny is very sweet and great at what she does. I always find a salon I like and then become disappointed. But Jenny has always been consistent with my needs and wants. She always tries to accommodate an appointment for me and I appreciate that. She always has appointments and requests for her - that speaks for its self. Kim is great also- I love her attention to the details. I've never had any problems with my nails, but if I did I know Jenny would fix anything I didn't like. She truly wants you to be happy. I'm happy I found you Jenny! Thanks for always taking care of me.

This nail salon is awful, I don't recommend it to anyone. I paid $91.00 to have dipped nails and a pedicure, I was cut with the drill numerous times while getting my nails done. Then it was pedicure time and once again I was cut several times. It's now been two days since I had them done, and my fingers and toes hurt so bad and won't stop bleeding. I'm a diabetic and if I get an infection from what they did I will report them to The Better Business Bureau.

This is another average nail salon. It would be peaceful if the lady next to me would get off her phone, not everyone wants to hear about her life and the problems she's having with her studio of course, this is not the nail salons fault but usually people have common courtesy in these places.
Anyway, the ladies here greeted me as I walked in and sat me right away with a warm tub of water for my feet. I was not offered the deluxe package or even told about any upgrades. So, I'm just getting the basic manicure and pedicure. Be careful because they up charge for every little thing.
