I’ve only been here 2 times…. But both times have been absolutely incredible. My gel nails last 2+ weeks which has been hard to find these days. They are always so nice and do such a good job on my shaping. I’ve been traveling to New Mexico for work from Texas and I prefer getting my nails done here than any of the salons I’ve tried in Texas

I easily got a last minute appointment on a tuesday afternoon. Ricky was wonderful - thorough and very detail oriented. i’m picky he did a great job with the shape and overall quality.

Really happy with my mani from Kim Nails! They did an excellent job with this creative design.

They were very nice and I do appreciate how kind they were but I am so thankful that I did not get my set done here. Before them I would take great care of my feet, making sure I moisturizing them every night so they feel nice and smooth. But I went to them and they decided to scrub my feet to the point where they scrubbed off all my healthy skin and now I’m left with peeling and dry skin. They didn’t even do my cuticles right. I paid for the service for the hot towel and all and they got a hot towel and put it on my for a max of 5 seconds and immediately was done. I also asked for a white

The place is really cute, very clean. Everyone seems really nice but my nails look sloppy. I don’t think this gel is going to hold up. My pedicure was ok but the polish doesn’t look great either…my nails are naturally long but it was hard to communicate with the gentleman who did my nails, and so I ended up having all my nails cut off…over all, it wasn’t a terrible experience but I will not be going back.

Called around 11:30 am on a Sunday to see if they had an appointment for today and was told 12:30 was available. I arrived to a very busy shop (always a good sign!) and waited a short time until Judy showed me to her Pedicure station and got me started with a good soak. She adjusted the massage and then returned shortly to begin my Organic Pedicure. What a pleasant experience! I am heavy set and she was great at working with me and getting into a good position.

We then proceeded to the manicure which was equally pleasant. Judy was very professional and it was a basic "men's" service

This was my first time coming here and definitely my last. I asked about a picture of they could do that and they said yes (if you can't do it just say no....) the guy tried MULTIPLE times to do the design and eventually passed me up to a woman but the damage was already done. My nails look like a child colored on them. I'm also bleeding on multiple fingers from the drill. $126 for nothing. Pictures are what I asked for and what I got.

They are doing a great job with covid! They are cleaning in between clients. Everyone is wearing face masks and temperatures are checked at the door. Very clean and pleasant! Would recommend going! Also they do a great job on nails :)

I would not book with this place online they don't know what their doing. I've been patronizing this place for years now never had a problem until now. So they are using online booking now I made my appointment last Sunday, my appointment was except and scheduled. Yesterday I get a call fro Neo saying my appointment was double booked and he can't do it. No apology no offer of like 10% off nothing. You can't wait a week to tell the client you over booked and not even apologize. You have lost me as a client!

I came to this place because of the good reviews. I asked for ombré nails, and I wish they just told me they weren't equipped to do ombré. Unlike other nail places that use 2 different shades of acrylic to form an ombré, they used nail polish and a sponge to sponge my nails. I have sponge marks on my nails, and some of them are lumpy. If you just want nails with one color of polish, this may be the place for you. I wish I would of just went to the place I usually go to.

I went to Kim's Nails yesterday to get a gel manicure and it was great! Kevin did an amazing job and took his time. I love the way they came out and I definitely plan on continuing to go back. I also like how they give you your own packet with nail files so you aren't sharing the same tools used on other people.

Tina is awesome! She really takes her time to make sure your nails are looking good. I also appreciate her taking her time because of my gel manicure and you have to be careful when handling it because if it dries, it's a pain to remove. The shop was easy to find and lots of parking. I walked in and was seen right away which was awesome. $25 for a gel manicure so I will definitely be back.

Charlie and Ricky did great job on Mani and pedi. Prices are very reasonable. My wife's french tips came out well.

Store, bathroom is very clean. Would return if in the area.

Very generous in offering water, and emory boards after use to take home at no charge.
