This place is amazing and the customer service is excellent. I took my ring to get resized and cleaned it, they did an amazing job, the ring fits me perfect. The best part can't even tell that they resized it. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.. Great job!! :) they really know about keeping customers satisfied. Thankyou

Service was amazing! I dropped off my wedding set to be re-sized, cleaned, and soldered together, 2 rings to be cleaned, and a necklace to be changed to silver. I dropped my jewelry off and had a text that everything was ready in less than 2 weeks! Went to pick everything up and it was all perfect and so beautiful! Thank you so much to the entire staff! Will definitely be bringing my services back here again if needed in the future!

Highly recommend!! I recently moved to Beaumont. I needed a string of pearls re-strung. I was going to go to my usual jewelers in Redlands, but I thought I'd stop in to check out Woodley's. Not only were they reasonably priced, they did an excellent job! Professional and knowledgeable. I'm definately using them as my new jewelers.

I discovered the diamond out of my wedding ring was missing on New Years Day! I was devastated! We have been married 46 years and it's part of me! I took it to another jeweler but was not treated fairly- was lied to. Waited months due to COVID insanity to try again. 2 weeks ago I took my ring in to them and explained how very important my ring is. She showed me exactly what it will look like and how long it will take. It was less than 2 weeks later, today, and the exact amount I was told it would be! AMAZING job! Woodley's are my new Home Town jewelers!

I just moved to the Beaumont area of California recently and needed to find a good Jewelry business as the necklace I wear everyday broke. I looked at the reviews and went to Woodley's Jewelers. I was greeted very nicely by Veronica at the front counter and she introduced me to Steven Rodriquez the Head Jeweler and owner of Woodley's Jewelry Store. Stumbled on this place. Not from the area and was looking for a place that could put in a few watch batteries and do a little repair for me. They got it done quickly, reasonably priced, watches look great, friendly service and was completed on time and as promised. Would highly recommend this business.

I am new to the area, so looking for a good jeweler is like shooting for fish in a barrel. I called Woodley's and Steven said he could fix my ring. I had lost a small diamond. The ring is over 30 years old, and the last time I lost a diamond (15 years ago) I had it repaired by a very reputable jeweler in WA who did a terrible job. So you can imagine my surprise and delight when Steven not only replaced the diamond beautifully, but straightened my ring. My ring looks fabulous; it looks better than new. I have been going to Woodley's for years and I have always appreciated their honesty and service. I have taken multiple items for repair over the years and am always impressed by their service and workmanship. If there ever is an issue, they always communicate with me first. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelry - highly recommend!

I stopped by Woodley's for a watch battery. I don't live in Beaumont but was in the area for work and noticed my watch wasn't keeping time. The location was nice and the manager helped me right away. He was able to change my battery quickly and was easy going and knowledgeable. Good service and quick turnaround time - shout out to Steve for helping me out!

Great experience. I worked with Steven and he was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find what I wanted. They have plenty of options and is nicely kept which can look deceiving from the outside. I replaced the battery in two watches and ordered a new band for one as well as shopped for gold hoop earrings and requested an estimate for a new custom pieced watch.

I have a gold bracelet that had a broken hasp and my husband took it in to be repaired for my birthday. He picked it up on June 22, 2018 for a total cost of $130.00. Yes...they did clean it and make it look like new BUT on June 30th, yes, 8 days later, I caught my bracelet in my scrubby while showering and it broke again....this time the new hasp we had just paid for broke completely off. My very unhappy husband will be taking it back to the store on Monday to ask for a refund so we can take it somewhere else to be properly repaired. Will update later on his success (or lack thereof)

Woodley's is a bad place to go. We went there just to get the back piece of my 2 month old nieces earnings,we payed $35 we asked them to clean it. They did so but in the process they bent the piece that holds the stone, so the stone fell off.
Once I got home I wanted to show my sister the present but saw it was mishandled. I went back to get it fixed. This had been the only place we went as it was a local jewelry store.
they kept blaming us for the bent earring, when we hadn't not even touched it.
