Services
The Raincross symbol was patented in 1908 by Frank A. Miller, founder of the Mission Inn, and his architect, Arthur B. Benton. Intent on giving Riverside a special image, they drew on local history and culture. Elements of the Raincross logo include a replica of Father Junipero Serra's mass bell, a wooden frame, and a double-armed cross from Miller's collection.

We are once again open for business! Per Califonia's guidelines, facemasks are no longer required for entry if you have been fully vaccinated. Please be prepared to show an ID at the door if you are still wearing a mask. Our normal business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 5:30, closed Sunday and Monday.

Took my wife's ring to Mardon's for an inspection. I had a bad experience with a mall jeweler who said they would appraise it but failed to do so. I took it to Mardon's on recommendation and was quite pleased. Professional shop, good orderly process, and ring and appraisal delivered on time as promised. Fair price for work done. And excellent quality work. I will recommend others to come here.

I am generally lost trying to get an engagement ring. I have been in here twice and they have been patient, informative, and kind. The sales staff do not work on commission, so they don't push things on you. They are more interested in getting you a ring that matches your criteria than selling you the most expensive pieces they have. They truly have made this process infinitely easy.

Amazing customer service and the perfect place for our engagement and wedding rings. We couldn’t be happier. Other places were simply terrible and didn’t let us have any agency in the decision. Mardon Jewelers restored dignity to the process of finding the right rings to represent our marriage and with a design that’s made by them, not something from a factory.

My rating is for jewelry appraisal only. I saw Scott for an appraisal and was/am assuming he is GIA certified, but after my visit I can't be sure of that. The only guess I have is that they undervalue jewelry and possibly then offer to buy it. If not, it's just sheer incompetence. Alternately, I had my ring appraised today by a GIA certified appraiser recommended through a well known jewelry establishment. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Everything came in around the ballpark range I had expected from the guy today (my family used to own a jewelry store so it isn't new to me). Scott

My experience with Mardon Jewelers exceeded my expectations. My husband and I went in to have some diamonds added to my original wedding ring. We were teamed with Jim who was very creative and thought outside the box to create the most unique and beautiful ring I've ever worn, he also worked within our budget. The other staff members were very friendly and welcoming, they even entertained my 1 year old so I could finish taking care of business. Our experience was so pleasant, we will definitely go back for all of our jewelry needs.

I wanted a "second opinion" on a jewelry appraisal for insurance purposes. My insurance company recommended Mardon because they had used them before and had a very good experience.
I knew before I went there that Mardon was located in a very suburban, but upscale, shopping center. Not a "diamond mart" which would have been my desire. But their store front was professional and selection of jewelry on display quite impressive and diverse.

I've purchased and received multiple pieces from Mardon Jewelers, as well as had a few custom pieces made. I love that they offer a wide variety not only of metals and stones to choose from, but also price points. They carry a number of lines, such as Shangi-La, that offer a wide variety of choices regardless of budget. When designing my custom pieces, the jewelers always makes sure to capture the true essence of what I'm looking for and craft it into a truly breathtaking design. We had a family diamond set in an engagement ring here; I love my future mother-in-law's antique ring, and the jeweler helped us pick out a setting that closely resembles it. The customer service was fantastic. We told them our budget and gave them the diamond, they helped us pick out the parts, and they had it set within a couple of weeks. They were wonderful about not overselling us, something I was afraid of generally when setting-shopping. We will definitely be going back to Mardon Jewelers for our bands!

We went to Mardon Jewelers on the recommendation of the reviews here for an appraisal on some jewelry. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process and suggesting a company for jewelry insurance. They said the appraisal would take one day, but they finished it later in the afternoon on the same day we brought it in! Also, relative to some other reputable jewelers in the area, the appraisal cost much less. On picking our jewelry up, the staff went over each piece individually and explained EVERYTHING that was in the report. They also said they keep the report on file in case

My Fiancé and I looked for a place to have my engagement ring designed. My Fiancé wanted a small local jeweler to design it, someone we could continue to go back to over our years. I wanted to get the most for our money. He suggested Mardon Jewelers; I assumed that because it was located next to the Mission Inn it would be way overpriced. I talked my Fiancé into going to Jared's to price check. Not only did it feel like a car dealership, they quoted me over a thousand dollars more for lower quality diamonds than Mardon.
