Mr. Gianesin received his Bachelors Degree from Colorado College, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Utah College of Law. Mr. Gianesin is a founding member of the Kenya Self Help Project, a student scholarship and community development program based in Kendu Bay, Kenya.

I did not receive legal council from Kermit D Marsh. I had an extended phone conversation with him regarding an issue I was having. I had an image in my mind of lawyers only caring about money and not what is right, but from my limited experience, I believe Kermit D Marsh is the antithesis of what I had envisioned. He is incredibly kind, knowledgable, helpful, and generous. He treated me with compassion and respect at an incredibly low point in my life, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I needed a contract reviewed, he quoted a price which I agreed to because of time constraints (which I told him about). He told me I would be recieving an email as a confirmation of service. I did not receive this email, when I followed up the next day he said he would send it that afternoon.....it was never sent. Communication after that consisted of his secretary saying he was either out or busy. I was left with the impression he did not value my time and he can not keep his word.

I want to thank Kermit Marsh for helping me win my Fraud lawsuit on 11/29/2018 against my Multi-Billion Dollar Commercial Landlord Pinnacle at MacArthur Place (owned by BRE-FMCA, LLC c/o Essex Property Trust).
I sued my Landlord is small claims court with the primary goal of getting my lease rescinded and retrieving some money back since my Landlord increase my rent over $1,000 per month by misrepresenting the actual NNN rates. I won the first round of small claims court but my landlord appealed, and for the appeals trial I knew they'd be sending their team of lawyers so I better be ready

Nice guy, great vibes, good knowledge of the law. I was hesitant to use this service until I realized he is the best. There are some lawyers that are ok, but he is the best. The office was clean, and if I had to guess it is cleaned on a regular basis. I wish my house was that clean haha. There was some traffic on the way tho. But I guess their law office can't control that, unless they moved to a more driving friendly location north or west of the current location.
Anyway, the fees are competive against other fees so don't think there is anything wrong there unless you want to shop around

Kermit Marsh is a litigator first and a Lawyer second in my opinion. He is a eager coutroom combattant and is fantastic in any legal battle. He has represented me with thuroughness determination and integrity for years and I can not imagin ever needing a different attorney in my corner. He is bar none the best lawyer I have had the pleasure of working with and one of the finest gentlemen I have ever known.
