An Orange County DUI defense lawyer can help you avoid these penalties by offering you legal representation during the criminal process as well as at your DMV hearing.
Domestic violence accusations may result in severe consequences for the person labeled as the perpetrator by an alleged victim. In California, once the police become involved in a domestic dispute, it is no longer in the hands of the family to decide whether to press charges. It is in the sole discretion of the prosecution to determine whether to press charges.
Orange County Drug Charges including: Possession, Sale, Distribution, Trafficking, Manufacturing, Cultivation and Conspiracy. I was referred to Jennifer Le for a very serious case that turned my world upside down. My previous attorney told me I was looking at 2 years prison because of all my charges. I was nervous to switch attorneys because my case was going on for a long time. I’m so grateful I made that choice because I didn’t do one day in jail and Jennifer got so many charges dismissed. She always explained what was going on after court and put my mind at ease. I would recommend her to anyone going through what I went through because she is very experienced. She knew many people in court and I just felt I was

I needed to hire an attorney for Estate Planning. I wanted an attorney who was willing to spend time with me and explain the best way to set up my estate. It was also important I understood how the process worked. Jennifer was fantastic! She first wanted to know about me and what I was trying to achieve. She explained to me about all my potential options and then provided me suggestions as to would be most beneficial for me and my family. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me quickly with an answer. This was such a positive experience and I have 100% confidence and trust in Jennifer. She

No regrets choosing Ms. Le as my attorney!
About 6 years ago, I was referred to attorney Ms. Le by a friend of mine. At the time, I knew nothing about legal and had put myself in a bad position in a Domestic Violence case. Ms. Le helped me with all aspects of my Domestic Violence case from listening to my story and concerns to getting me the best result in court. I’ve actually seen Ms. Le in court speaking to the judge to get me the absolute best result. Even though I still received a misdemeanor, I know it could have been worst without Ms. Le.
Recently, I have returned to Ms. Le for an expungement

Slow to reply to questions over email, quick to send Venmo requests for the bill.

I was going to accept the bad service as a loss and move on, but others who needed legal service have been asking me if I would recommend her and I felt that people in need should have an idea of what they are getting into.

There was nothing Jennifer did for me that any other regular lawyer could have done at a lower rate and possibly with more empathy. I know this because once I finished paying our agreed upon amount, I asked her to move an appointment for me that I had missed and she was almost unreachable.

Jennifer got a count dismissed for me, and was able to work her magic to ease the prosecutor from sending me to jail for lack of responsibility for an unresolved case of 2 years. She lifted a warrant off me as well, so I could get my driving permit. I appreciate her empathy towards my situation, and her giving me insights on my future plans to a become a nutritionist. She has a stern, punctual, yet soft-spoken personality. I am grateful for her help. <3

I would not recommend her. I was completely unfamiliar with the court system and I have not paid attention to criminal terminology even I was a computer professional. So I need her help badly and tried to ask her what happen after each court day. But no details were told.
She always said we need to discuss but we never had a discussion about my case. Even she did not watch the police video the night before the court day and she did not remember what content in one of the disks. Eventually she withdrew from my case and I did not know much what she did for me.
I was in hope that we worked closely

My experience with Jennifer was not good. She is purely in it for herself, not concerned with your outcome just getting done as fast as she can. She agreed to a deal with the judge without running it by me, not a good deal for me in the long run, got her done quick though...
Horrible with follow through with returning calls, text and emails, leaves you hanging once she has your money.

Jennifer Le is an awesome attorney. I went to her for a DUI. I was looking at a one year suspension of my license which would have cost me my job. She fought aggressively with the DMV finding every loophole possible and I ended up not losing my license at all and am able to drive to work. This arrest has caused me extreme anxiety and Jennifer Le's communication and willingness to fight for me was amazing. She was always quick to get back to me and answer any questions I had. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and highly recommend her.
