Five stars at least. We have been renting with the Fran Maxon Agency for almost 10 years. We were actually referred to Fran Maxon by another agency and were told they were probably the most established agency on Anna Maria Island. The properties they represent are some of the nicest and best maintained on the island. The staff have been friendly and helpful at every contact we've had. Stephanie and her team are the best.

We recently booked a rental home for a week vacation through Fran Maxon on Anna Maria Island. We had a great experience with Fran Maxon, from the booking process right up until the end. Upon booking, I had questions about the property that were answered via email within hours. And during our stay we had an issue with the garbage disposal that was seen to within hours, practically minutes of reporting it. We couldn't find the remote for the ceiling fan, so Fran Maxon immediately brought over a flor fan! Lovely house and outstanding service. We would use them again to book a vacation.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Key West North condo and wish we could have extended our stay. The condo was extremely clean, so kudos to your cleaning staff and everything we could have needed was available. We especially loved the updated and fresh look! Stephanie and her team at Fran Maxon Real Estate did a fantastic job helping us sell our condo. Having done a few Real Estate transactions in my life this was by far the easiest. The photos looked fantastic. We had a full price offer in under a week and the closing went very smoothly, despite one party being out of country. Highly recommend the Fran Maxon Real Estate team.
