**UNRESPONSIVE/UNPROFESSIONAL They were unresponsive and unprofessional with a hiccup during our stay which didn't set well with me.. When e we arrived home in NC on Sunday night my daughter realized that she had left her makeup bag at the rental. She promptly called Monday morning to arrange for shipping and provided a payment method. As of… Thursday we had no tracking information for the package, her account had not been debited and the package hadn't arrived. I called on Friday morning already frustrated because of the hiccup during our stay and was promptly informed it had shipped Thursday

This was our second visit to AMI and renting thru Mike Norman Realty. I know they have many rentals to choose from on the island so I will only comment on 2312 Gulf Dr N Unit 103. The place was spotless and as advertised. We had no issues at all and couldn't have been happier with our condo decision. Comfy beds, and all the amenities you'd expect and right on the beach. Cant wait to go back!

I have been renting from Mike Norman Realty for years. They have the best selection of properties on the island. They are very quick to respond to any issues that you may have. This year we rented 114 Park Ave. It is a very spacious two bedroom pool home complete with a screened patio other than pool area. The house was immaculate and had the old Florida feel to it like AMI was when I was growing up. Pictures below include the beach path which is gorgeous in its self complete with turtle which was meandering along the path one morning. I call this path "Pathway To Paradise" because it truly is

My family rents a beach house every year, and every year we have the greatest and most enjoyable time THANKS to Mike Norman Realty! We have rented all kinds of properties. Our most recent stay was at 3706 Gulf Drive. The house was immaculate and offered all that we were looking for- no stairs, easy access to the beach and an updated interior. we got to walk to Skinny's for a great burger & all you can eat pancakes at the county beach cafe. We loved this house & can't wait to return!

They seemed to not put any money back into the rental at all to keep things working properly especially the A/C. home was not cleaned to my standards especially when they are charging a high cleaning fee in… the rental fees. Very disappointed with the Tradewinds bungalow and I will never rent it again. it's really too bad it's a great location but house needs alot of work and updates.

My family has rented numerous times from Mike Norman Realty and had nothing but great experiences. On several occasions our rentals were made on very short notice in order to accommodate last minute family visitors (we live locally) and the staff always found us something for a reasonable price. The Sandbox and Sandpail are our favorite properties thus far. Each side has two bedrooms with an inside connecting door and large heated pool, making it ideal for our out of state family members that want to be near each other. Kudos to Mike Norman Realty!

We stayed at caya casa just recently. It was a little more expensive but that was ok because it was right on the beach and in a great location. The house was dirty. The back bathtub took a while to drain and the toilet kept running so we had to mess with it just so it would flush. The front bathroom light kept flickering on and off. We had to pay a hefty cleaning fee but the house was not very clean and still had to sweep the sand out of the house before you left. You would think all the money they make off of these rentals you would put some back into the houses to make them look nice 😕 We
