Just got off the phone with the idiot lady at arnel main corporate office and she said go ahead and leave a comment so I'm gonna do just that. PEOPLE!!!! Do not rent any property that is affiliated with Arnel. This past year alone has been a living nightmare with this company, the management here at the homestead apartments off the 57 freeway on… Yorba Linda Blvd has been a complete disaster!!!!!!!! What I just discovered my next door neighbor is buddies with this Matt guy here at the homestead playing favoritism by NOT raising their rent because as my neighbors said "we are cool with Matt

This place is disgusting! I can’t wait to move out of this overpriced slum. Management does nothing when my college neighbors have a party ever night during the coronavirus outbreak. My past neighbors abused their kids to the point that they moved them away from my unit. Then another neighbor getsStrangled by her boyfriend and the sheriff had to… bust the door down and put a lock on it. Management again didn’t do anything to help. Now I have college kids that are as mature as 5 year olds partying as people are Dying from the coronavirus. I can’t wait to get out of here

Carlos and Arnell management group are the best! Carlos especially!! The old management used to have issues with responding and getting things done in a timely manner. the new management that's in seems to respect the tenant a lot more, request are getting taken care of in a timely manner and extra maintenance and Renovations are going on around the outside of our facilities like repainting, piping and redoing asphalt and walkways.

Worst place to live. Poor customer service. They lie, cheat and steal from your apartments. Be warned. Talk to tenants before you move in. The managers are all recovering addicts, with current addiction problems. They go to tenants for drugs, then blackball you when you tell them you don't sell drugs. Warning, don't trust the following,… Heather,Kristie, Whitney and all maintenance people. They enter your apartment without permission and then say they didn't. I had set up a nanny cam and caught them red handed. They still lied even with photo proof.
