I had pain in my right hip from a fall a couple years ago. I babied the injury for way too long and movement got almost impossible. Pain when walking/standing and an ache while sitting. I thought that would be my life forever. Alfred asked me to think and flex my hip muscles when I sit down and stand up. It was like magic, because I could feel myself resist but once I surrendered to the process and gave the effort, I could stand without pain! Matter of fact I'm walking laps around my neighborhood again! Alfred and Kinstetch are near and dear to my heart!

Would highly recommend checking this place out. Start with the 2 weeks for $20. I think it's a hidden gem because the teachers a knowledgeable, friendly and fun; the studio has great mirrors and a vast view across Orange County. The sunset classes are the best when the sky is clear and you can see the Saddleback Mountains in the distance. Give it a try!

I love that I don’t feel intimidated by anyone at the studio. Everyone at all levels is welcoming and encouraging. I tried Reiki for the first time and it was so relaxing. The sound healing is something not to be missed and the new Herba Glo Flow classes is a unique experience that I want to do daily. I am bummed it’s only once a week. 5 stars for sure

Utopian atmosphere. That’s how I’d describe my first yoga class in this studio. Integrating high quality cbd products in to your yoga practice to attain a state of pure surrender - part of your Niyama. Plus! They have; not one, but two massive salt blocks to create beautiful ambient lighting...not to mention its numerous benefits! This studio gets it! They understand the importance of not just getting you in to a pose or making you sweat. 😓
