Services
Chinese medicine is a comprehensive medical system and can have a beneficial effect on almost any disorder. It has existed for thousands of years and has, since ancient times, constantly been developed and refined. Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine are two parts of Chinese Medicine that we offer in our clinic.
Treating patients in a group setting has always been traditional in Asia. However, most acupuncturists in the US treat patients on tables in isolated rooms. The community-clinic model forms a return to the traditional way. Treatments are simple and repeated frequently for best results in our comfortable recliners or on tables in a quiet, soothing community room.
Musculo-Skeletal and Neurological: Pain, including but not limited to low back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, knee pain, hip pain etc. stiff/ frozen shoulder sciatica, injury, sprains, arthritis, tendonitis carpaltunnel syndrome, tennis-elbow post-stroke paralysis, Bell's Palsy Headache and migraine, vertigo, dizziness Trigeminal neuralgia, Shingles pain.
How can Acupuncture benefit me? : Receiving acupuncture can help you relax very deeply and calm a restless, scattered mind, leaving you refreshed, clear and focused. Acupuncture is a process, not a procedure. Regular acupuncture can provide you with energy, strength and vitality and work to boost your immune system.

Over the years, my family members and I have had excellent results after treatments at Community Acupuncture Ukiah. We’ve been successfully treated for everything from headaches, shoulder pain, skin rashes, back pain and foot pain. Both practitioners are caring, thoughtful and well trained. They have extensive experience and happily go the extra mile to help their clients. I highly recommend them!

Wow very helpful and such a good price. I like going twice a week. This was my first time though here. It is relaxing and healing is number one.
It is a clean and private space and smells good and the music is so soothing. I was asked important questions on my health and I learned new things. I have always sought community acupuncture and now I have 5 places to go. It's one big community to be healed.

Wow!! What a precious gem we have in Ukiah! I've battled TMJ my entire life and never was able to go to an acupuncturist as much as I needed to due to cost...until now. Araceli knows exactly where to go to release the stuck energy immediately. I've been going for 2 weeks now and my jaw feels more open than I even knew it could. So grateful!!

I've been here 2x and today would have been my 3x .. all appointments booked on line. I live almost an hour away and very disappointed that after looking online (showing open) and arrived to find a note on the door "closed" ... well, that was convenient .. I could have stayed home .. my other two appointments went well, the place is not big, 4 lounge chairs and 3 massage table beds all lined up, behind a curtain. I'm going for my elbow and it seems to be working. I bring my own eye mask and head phones because the privacy is limited and you can hear everyone's "egg

Laid up for 6 days with a herniated disc with a pinched nerve. I was able to hobble in and receive a great treatment to finally begin the healing process with some more treatments.

I have never done acupuncture before. I was a little nervous at first, but I felt welcome and comfortable right when I walked in. Aracely is extremely knowledgable and gentle. And I am already seeing improvements in myself. Perfect place to get centered.

After having pretty severe health issues for the past three years, I had all but given up on ever getting better. My experience with the medical community was very frustrating. Western doctors seem to simply treat symptoms instead of actually getting to the cause.

I kept wanting to try acupuncture, but at $80 per session, I simply couldn't afford it. Then I discovered Community Acupuncture. Priced on a sliding scale from $20-$40 dollars, you pay what you can afford. This allows one to get the full benefits of acupuncture by have a series of treatments at a very affordable price

Amazing! I had never tried acupuncture before coming here, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. They were very welcoming and kind. I had gone in for back pain from lugging around my toddler and left feeling 100% better. I will be returning in the near future just for the relaxing atmosphere, because honestly you can't beat the price.

After suffering for two years with neurological Lyme disease symptoms, including insomnia and anxiety, I decided to try acupuncture to alleviate these severe symptoms because I was so stressed out.

My friend who has been here before, recommended I come to Community Acupuncture Ukiah because she had told me of the great things it did for her when she was having infertility problems.

After two weeks I was able to relax, take naps, not be as anxious and sleep a lot better. My stress levels went down, it was like a miracle drug. I had never had acupuncture before, but this place really has helped
