I've personally fixed so many computers of my own ownership, I can only say. I am a hero to myself! Printer stops working?!, BAM! I resolve it. Laptop screen broken, BOOM! I replace the backlight inverter (3 times! (over a 8 year period). Workstation gives me BSOD, and I solve that thing within the week. (No lost work, dying hardware) Server on the fritz, YATA! I close the HDD and voila, Server back online.
For my customers and clients. I offer the same type of reliability I offer to myself. At a reasonable price rate, I make it hard for the box stores to compete.
