This place had the best tacos. I’m sad that they closed down and went back to doing the Taco truck. Hopefully they open back up soon! Their voicemail says They will reopen on October 1st. But apparently their plans must have changed.

Take out only place. Friendly folks who make good food. My recommendation is the street tacos with ground beef. The lime juice you squeeze from the limes give these tacos another dimension of flavor. Spice it up with their taco sauce. Overall delicious at a good price. A little messy but worth it. I'll be back! I attached a picture of these delicious tacos!!

I was trying to look for a good taco shop here in Ohio to see if they were good. I read all the reviews on yelp for this business, and decided to give it a chance since they were all good. My sister and i arrived and liked the small mom and pop shop. There were stickers on the walls, and the menu was displayed. I decided to get the traditional street tacos (chicken) and my sister got the beef steak. We paid $20 for 6 tacos which I guess it's okay if they are big tacos? I'm not quite sure what the prices up here for tacos are. I am from Texas where tacos are $1.75. I had really high hopes

I've been at a work conference in Atlanta all week, eating in front of clients and my boss. Today I hadn't had a chance to eat anything and when I arrived in Cleveland's airport around 5:00 I was stressed, hungry, annoyed by the coronavirus. I wanted to eat something delicious and messy that I could devour on my own in the most unlady like way possible. This is what led me to fired up taco shop. I ordered three of the house tacos and chicken nachos. The girl who took my order was quick and didn't ask too many questions (perf) and the guy who brought me my order did so with a

I stopped in to grab some tacos for an easy dinner. We had the kids visiting and I thought it might be something different and new (to us anyway).

The guys there were really friendly. I tried their pepperoni, mac 'n' cheese epeñada and three original fired up tacos with beef.

The epeñada was "different." Not bad necessarily, but I probably wouldn't get it again. It was really just an unnecessary indulgence that wasn't worth the extra calories. The tacos were ok, but nothing really to write home about. The strangest thing that I came across, however, was their

The my first experience with these folks was by way of their food truck, YEARS before I was a Yelp member. Now they have a brick and mortar location, the food truck, and also do catering. I. Love. Their. Food. Everything is prepped to order so it's important to be aware of that if you're expecting to grab and go. There's also not really an eat-in area. My husband and I always get the Hawaiian BBQ chicken soft tacos and the chorizo empanadas to share. The tacos have a tangy, sweet slaw with the chicken and they don't skimp on flavor. The empanadas are always perfectly fried

Really great place! Cool guys and the tacos are so delicious. We are really happy to find a place that has fresh great tasting food at good prices! We went with a variety and loved the steak, traditional, street, and fish tacos! The Buffalo chicken taco could use some work.. But overall we can't wait to be back. Only reason they're not 5 stars is because they are carry out only. Overall, great place!! One of our favorites.

My husband loves to stop at fired up taco shop whenever he visits the Cleveland area for work. On this last business trip he brought me home some tacos and as a California native I have to say I was very impressed which is not easy to do! We tried the chicken street tacos as well as the buffalo chicken American-style tacos and both were quite delicious! I absolutely loved the salsa and taco sauce that they put on their street tacos - reminded me of home. These guys are the real deal!

I have no idea where all the 5-star reviews are coming from...my advice to those giving this location glowing, 5-star reviews is that they need to experience actual good tacos.

As a well traveled (and self-described...see my other reviews) taco aficionado, these are 'GIMMICK' tacos, plain and simple, that bear absolutely "zero" resemblance to a traditional Mexican taco. My advice, read the menu and the *ingredients* each item contains (I'm sorry, French Fries have NO place on a taco).

This applies to the supposed meats in some of their tacos. For example, I had their

I'm just a local Clevelander that appreciates good food and cooking for my profession. That being said Cleveland for a long time has deemed barrio as the best Mexican cuisine in the area. Which is far from what I agree on. I say all that to say, Fired up taco is the best America Mexican tacos in northeast Ohio. The best taco I ever had was in Florida. I'd rather eat at Fired up over barrio and chipotle any day. Please do yourself the favor and start off in the street tacos and fries.

Some of the tacos were actually pretty decent, however, I'm lowering my rating because they apparently can't make an order correctly.

My wife and I ordered 5 tacos plus an order of Next Level Fries using their online ordering method on their own website.

3 of the 5 tacos had 'special instructions' which their online ordering system allows you to add to every item you place in your 'cart.' We also requested 'no scallions' on the fries.

NONE of the 'special requests' were followed. All 6 items came exactly how they are on the menu. What is the

Tried Fired Up Taco Shop for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. We tried the Fired Up Pork Tacos, the Steak Daddy tacos, the Chicken Nachos and the Next Level fries. The tacos and the fries were especially delicious. The seasoning on the fries were to-die-for! The nachos were just ok, but the chips were strange (they had cinnamon sugar on them, I think?). The nachos were cold and probably would have been better warm. Other than that, we were blown away but the freshness and the flavors of both types of tacos as well as the amazing fries. Needless to say, I would recommend this place

The best taco place in Strongsville! Nothing like this around the area. Great place to pick up dinner to go. Every taco is different than the "normal" taco. They have orders of single or 3 for tacos, usually ordering 2 tacos is super filling. The nachos are super yummy too!!

If you've seen my review about Fired Up Taco Truck, these are the same people.

I don't think you understand my excitement when I heard that they were MINUTES away from where I was moving to. When I interned in downtown Cleveland, I would drive 30 minutes to go get these tacos from the taco truck. I did not care how much it costed, but I was getting my tacos.

I cannot say anything bad about this place. The flavors are intense and on point -- the beef and pork are my top 2. You cannot go wrong with the Fired Up. I don't know what they put in their sauces, but it is addicting.

Fantastic! Love this place and I hope it survives for years cause it's the only thing like it in the area. Fresh tacos. I knew I'd like it just from the menu, then I tried it and I love it! Fresh ingredients. My 3rd time here I tried the empanadas. They're obviously hand made, hearty and delicious. (3 is a lot! Too much at once) I wish they made their tortillas by hand, but shoot, it ain't Mexico. Easy to order online too. That way your tacos are ready when you arrive. FU Tacos Rule!

Your food is good. However, it's not that good where you stand to freeze for what is believed to be Hot food! Food is warm at best when trying to eat. Staff is wearing jackets and hats. Either Put the heat on or just open the truck in the parking lot. You have only been open a short time and food quality is already slipping in consistency. You have a choice just as the consumer does. Ill see you in the spring if you are still in business.

PLEASE Don't let this place close! They are awesome!

Ok...got that out of the way. Now on to the review.

While driving in Strongsville I must have passed this place a dozen times without giving it a second thought. I mean, how good can a taco place be stuck in the middle of a little strip mall?

Well...darn good!

They have a selection of about a dozen different tacos. And none of them are what you'd think of as "regular", as in your typical Mexican restaurant.

We're talking flank steak, pork, pork sausage, fish and even some veggie options. Toppings are inventive
