To bad you have to give it a star. Totally incompetent. Broke the frames, scratched the frames double reader instead of progressive. Eye appointment was 30 days ago and still no glasses. And the price went up almost $400 because the incompetent person didn't charge for both lens. So from 350 to 701.

I was referred to Dr. Tilley by a friend. When I called their office for the first time,
I was able to get an appointment the very next day! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Tilley is an excellent and caring optometrist. My new prescription glasses will be picked up in less than two weeks (approximately 10 days). In addition, I will receive a courtesy reminder in the mail when I am due for a checkup. I am extremely confident and satisfied that my vision needs will be correctly diagnosed and treated in the future at Dr. Tilley's office.

I was very pleased with my visit to Vision Source in Kerrville. The office space is very modern and attractive, and all of the staff were extremely helpful. I've seen Dr. Tilley and Dr. Nyugen for my yearly exam and they are both good competent optometrists. Every time I go to Vision Source the staff and doctors make a point to provide the most comprehensive care possible. I would trust them with my eyes any day :)

My visit at Dr. Tilley's office was exceptional! For the past eight years I have been seeing Dr. Tilley, and I wouldn't consider anyone else! He is wonderful and professional along with his staff that care enough to give you the best look and fit for all your eyeglass wear, and I love Amy! Great place to get the top medical care for your eyes.

One of the most friendly and professional experiences I have encountered when having my eyes examined and purchasing frames and lenses. Dr Tilley spent time with me explaining the different issues I have been having with my eyes. He also relieved my worries about issues I did not have! I definitely would encourage others to make an appointment with Dr Tilley and his staff.

I usually avoid doctors, all kinds unless I have to go. If you have to have an eye exam, try Dr. Tilley at Vision Source in Kerrville. Front desk staff is wonderful, professional yet friendly. The technician was experienced, knowledgeable and explained every step of every test. DR. Tilley was respectful of my time (go figure for a physician), yet he was thorough and explained options for now any latter. He didn't try to sell me of services or products I didn't need at this time. I recommend Tilley and Vision Source.

My overall experience was very good indeed. Each person I saw when I first entered the office was nice and polite.. I only waited a minute and then was taken into the room for several eye tests that needed to be done prior to being seen by the doctor. The young lady was so polite and explained each test to me so I would understand what each test did and why I needed it. Then she took me to another room and the doctor came in quite promptly. He was very friendly and professional. After the exam, he explained everything to me and was able to relieve my worries about whether or not I had and eye disease
