We had stayed at this place for two days. Went down to extend for one day and they said our card now didn't work, we gave them 3 other cards and they said they 'nope' and then said I was blacklisted and wouldn't allow payment. The manager (man 30-40 years old) even had the nerve to tell us "YOU SHOULD PAY YOUR BILLS" as we were walking away from his desk!!!! I have an 830 credit score and was renting the room for a relative. I have never been treated so badly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We went to the nice hotel by the river in Independence and had no problem booking

My brother was staying here and I asked to extend an extra day. They then said the card was no longer any good and I would need another one, I brought back three and all three were declined. I called the card and informed the manager that the rep said it was their machine. The manager then informed me that I was 'blacklisted' and that he needed to pack up and leave immediately. I said 'Ok' and began to leave as he said "MAYBE YOU SHOULD PAY YOUR BILLS!" as I was walking out. Never have I been treated so badly, I have a 800+ credit score and never have had a problem, nor been talked to like this

The room was not very clean. The coffee pot was probably never cleaned, and there was a used hair tie with hair in it. In the bathroom behind the door was a dirty piece of clothing (I didn't touch it to find out if it was underwear or not). There were large cob webs in the window, and overall the room just wasn't clean. The size of the room was great.

My wife and I stayed a few weekends back when our original reservations fell through in Salem. Luckily enough we stumbled into this gem, and now we know where to stay next we're in town. Great staff who seemed genuinely interested in talking with us during check-in, very friendly and hospitable. Room was as clean as you'd expect, and coffee makers in room were a pleasant surprise in the morning.

The way the management handles problems here is absolutely childish, selfish and unprofessional in every way. For others sake, I hope someone reaches out to me regarding the moral nature of the conversation I just had with the manager here.
My friend made a reservation here for 2 nights online and upon arrival at 4:00 PM She was told the payment method she had used was invalid. She went to grab another card to use and when she showed up again, roughly before 6:45 PM, she was told the room had been given away and no rooms were available.
To give a room away at 7:00 is un-heard of, so I called

My wife and I rented some rooms for our wedding guests this summer. The building itself is a tad dated, and the water in the shower fluctuated temperature. However, we were very impressed with the customer service of Lucas and Maya, the couple managing the hotel. Excellent communication, very responsive, and highly courteous. Their customer service is wonderful, so for that, we give it a 5 star review.

This review is towards the staff! She went above and beyond for my friend and I. Even though it was 2am, we had car troubles and needed a room, they re-worked everything and made sure to get us a room last minute. She was so kind and told us to sleep in and not worry about check out time! We are beyond greatful towards the hospitality they showed, and the kindness went a long way! Thank you so much, again!

Needs updating for sure. Beds are worn out, carpet is stained and dirty, furniture is broken. They need to enclose the bathroom sink area to make the bathroom bigger. I was just visiting the area and this is the only place in town. I hope the owner sees this review and considers putting a little bit of much needed money into this place to make it all the better.

Visited here on a Friday night for an event the following Saturday morning at Western Oregon University right down the street. The proximity to the venue was outstanding however everything else fell short.
Upon first glance the room appeared outdated but fine. Upon further inspection, I found it to be somewhat unsanitary. I found a hair between the bedding and I know it wasn't mine. I also noticed there was what appeared could be mold in the bathroom wall near the ceiling. Additionally, the rug was slightly lifted where staples were
