We rented a beautiful condo in Cresent Shores for a full week. After one and half days a mandatory hurricane evacuation was called and we were forced to leave. We talked to Condo Lux to see about getting a portion of our $1,700.00 refunded due to the forced evacuation, Condo Lux refused to refund anything, we were told they were sorry but it's not their policy and there was nothing they could do.
We paid for 7 days and were only able to stay "two". We were out the $1700. I've been going to Myrtle Beach for over 30 years and this was the first time at Cresent Shores, it will be our last time using

My family has used CondoLux for years. We recently had our family vacation booked for last week. We stayed 2 nights and because of the hurricane was made to evacuate. It was mandatory! We weren’t given an option! And because we didn’t purchase the insurance they wouldn’t give us as much as a credit for a future stay. We experienced the worst customer service of anywhere in our lives. If it was their $$, they’d think differently but they are nothing but greedy thieves to keep people’s hard earned $$ when we were evacuated due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Extremely loud construction was being done in the unit above us for two full days of our stay. So loud that we literally had to shout to hear each other. Not exactly what you'd expect on a relaxing beach vacation. On the second morning, I decided to call the office. We rented a unit at the Bay Watch from Condolux. Unit 838 in the tower closest to the Fish Tails outdoor bar. We have stayed there several times over the years, the last being 3 years ago. What a disappointment! We paid $173.00 cleaning fee and they didn't even change the sheets on our bed. Imagine our surprise when on Saturday night, when the office is closed, we got into a bed full of sand. The place was NOT cleaned, apparently for quite a while. We got a last-minute 50% off deal and it was wonderful! We ended up with a luxury three bedroom condo for the cost of a two bedroom condo! Everything was great. I gave it a four star because we had to call for the Wi-Fi information and the condo had a few very minor cleaning issues. One issue was the master bathroom shower but that was really more of an owner issue. Wonderful staff worked well with us even with our late check in. I would definitely use Condolux again!

Condolux did a great job. Easy to book with, easy/quick check in and check out. Needs to know a little more about the unit; updating of units, how the beds are, etc. I called about a cracked trash can and a new one was waiting outside my door the next day. I would do business with them again.

I was very disappointed with the condo we rented. We first rented South Shore 601 in the summer and it was VERY dirty when we checked in. We were told that it is very difficult to get the condos clean in a timely manner because of the rush of summer (dirty stained toilets, hair on all the toilets, food on the living room floor and the refrigerator was disgusting). We had to thoroughly clean the refrigerator and freezer before we could even put our groceries in the refrigerator. They did send two ladies to clean the condo within the hour. We rented the condo again for Thanksgiving since we like

My family and I stayed at the Crescent Keyes recently located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The trip was scheduled and paid for in full months in advance. We arrived at the beach on Sept 9th, 2017 and departed on Sept 16th, 2017. This was the same week Hurricane Irma was predicted to strike South Carolina. Upon watching news reports that the storm was headed for South Carolina we attempted to reschedule the trip. Crescent Keyes said they would not offer a refund nor reschedule the trip under this circumstance. They did offer me to come after the storm has passed and enjoy my remaining

I voiced my concerns regarding a maintenance man entering the condo-- and most worrisome, the bedroom my daughter was in dressing-- before the 10:00 am check out time. He knocked on the door but did not wait to be allowed in the condo and from the kitchen I saw him enter the room my daughter was in. I followed him in and he said he was checking a water leak and then immediately left. I registered a complaint with the clerk upon checking out of the condo, never heard back, so I emailed, never heard back, so I filled out the evaluation form they sent by email, never heard back. We checked into our unit and when we arrived discovered that the telephones in our unit were not working and we weren't provided with wifi passwords.

The after hours number doesn't consider non working phones an emergency.

Kinda displeased with the disorganization of the check in process and the help after hours.

Will not use again as a rental company.

I rented from condolux about 7 years ago at a sister property (Laguna keyes) and I was pretty happy. I was disappointed with my experience this year. My condo (blue water keyes 706) was not clean - it smelled heavily of smoke in one bedroom, I found cereal and hair clips from a previous renter, I found food on the silverware and each dish I used had to be washed first, there was a ton of dust everywhere. Upon my family's stay annually at Myrtle Beach one year we chose condolux to find our condo. We were charged with property damages that we did not do. We have been in contact with this agency and they say it's our fault it was not reported when the damages were discovered. This was years ago, no hard feelings. My grandmother is still heated about it six years later. Just a fair warning to all renters. Make sure your place is inspected for damages to avoid additional absurd fees. If you do find damages report it to CONDOLUX not the front desk. That was my family's mistake.

Condolux has been a company that I have been unfortunately dealing with for several years as my family insisted on staying at a properly they manage at Crescent Keyes. This year I reluctantly got my own condo to join my family during the vacation, and since I paid for it I feel at liberty to post an actual review. For the past several years we have all come accept the fact that the hot tubs are always messed up. Just rented for a week in North Myrtle Beach. Great communication, beautiful condo, and wonderful view from The Pinnacle. Had a small problem which needed the maintenance crew, and it was handled very quickly, with only one phone call. Will definitely use again. Only complaint, dog had to stay home.

We stayed at Crescent Keyes 701. We had a awesome vacation, the condo was clean and well maintained. We had a issue with the dryer on a Sunday and maintenance quickly responded to get it fixed. I would recommend this unit and this building. Indoor and outdoor pool, 2 lazy rivers, 2 baby pools, 4 jacuzzi spas and right on the beach. We spent a week there and it ran in to the holiday weekend the beach still wasn't crowned. LOVED THIS PLACE....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I stayed at a property managed by CondoLux - at the Ocean Bay Club - the condo was not well maintained, the stove top was dirty, the corners on the rooms had dead bugs and dirt, the shower curtain was moldy, and even though I checked for bed bugs - seen no sign of them, it either had bed bugs or fleas - by the 3rd night there, I was covered in bug bites on my arms, back and sides. Did not see the 'luxury' in the condo - it was less maintained than some apartments I rented while in college. Will not rent from them again.

I found a few issues with the property that were not major (one leg of the bed was loose, a nightstand had a broken drawer) and they offered to send someone over to fix them. I had intended to merely report it so we wouldn't get charged/blamed so I thought it was nice that they were willing to go above and beyond that. Checkin was fast and friendly. We've been with them twice and had a great time.

Worst rental agency we've ever used. They passed the buck from day one. We drove to their office and they gave us the manager's number who had voicemail she never returned. No hot water for 2 days and the plumber who eventually arrived said the heater needed replacing and to keep the breaker shut off unless we really needed hot water. REALLY? We called every day and no one ever returned our calls. Someone came by the day before we left with a plug for the kitchen sink. Everything needed addressed "by the owner" of the condo. No idea who they were or how to reach them. 30 year

In order to attempt to get a refund for my issues, I was forced to sign a waiver stating I would NOT make a complaint to any agency in an attempt to resolve the issue as I felt it was resolved with them. This statement is being posted for full disclosure to make this REVIEW as accurate as possible.

I rented unit 1006 at Malibu Pointe from August 23rd, 2014 to August 30th, 2014 from CondoLux for a rate that was very reasonable at $969

We stayed in Crescent Towers (via CondoLux) on North Myrtle Beach. While we had issues with Crescent Towers, the CondoLux staff were very friendly and attentive while they tried to facilitate us. We had plumbing issues that were addressed promptly. We also reported some rude tenants that were taking over the lazy river area. While CondoLux doesn't run the property, they were able to contact the condo association to let them know of the situation (and ask why nobody was overseeing the property and pool areas).

So, while our stay at Crescent Towers wasn't ideal, CondoLux did what

After having a horrible stay, with toilet broke the first day we got there, then kitchen sink was clogged for two days, so we were not able to wash dishes, put dishes in dish washer for it to over flow and water flooded kitchen.. Contacted Maintence to be told they would come out and fix and never did until the day we were checking out..
Contacted main office and they told me someone from management would get back to me and no one ever did... I will never go back, love the beach but condolux was a disappointment..

I recently returned from a week's stay at Malibu Pointe Resort which I booked through Condo-Lux. I've rented with them 6 previous years so I am very familiar with them. They have great prices and friendly staff. I had no issue with unit except floor could have been a little cleaner. Everything worked fine and condo was very comfortable (except hide-a-bed sofa was very uncomfortable). I have stayed in this resort twice before, once in this same room. I highly recommend Condo-Lux.

Stayed at Bay Watch Tower 1. It was Excellent. 5 pools. 5 hot tubs. 2 lazy rivers. Plenty of area outside for guests. At night the beach is illuminated by lights on top of the buildings. Made it very nice to walk the beach at night. Very nice gift shop that has tons of stuff you might need that you forgot. And even food ti make all kinds of meals. The condo was very nice. Modern with all appliances and very well furnished. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Its close to many great restaurants and tons of entertainment. I would love to have s time share or own one of these units. We will be back in the

I loved my vacation at CondoLux so much last year, that we've booked again for this year. The rooms are clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. The location is great; beaches are clean and not too crowded even in peak season. The pool area and lazy river are clean and well-maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere. I like the condo setting because it gives my mom and my kids their own rooms, so we all have plenty of space. The balcony overlooking the ocean is also spacious and private. I highly recommend CondoLux properties to others seeking affordable, comfortable and clean condo accommodations
