Couldn't be happier with my experiences with Condo-World. We usually visit the coast at least 3 times a year & normally book our reservations through Condo-World. This past Fall we booked a week through another company. To start with, the price did not include maid service, check in or check out. We paid extra for our linens but received them in a box & not sheets on the beds for example. It doesn't take that much to make a bed, but when you've had a long drive, you usually arrive tired & it's just a luxury to have the beds already made for you. Condo-World gets that!

I am conflicted. So have a hard time rating this. We never got a text at check in so we arrived and called them from outside at 5 pm. I think unit was ready long before because no one was in that condo for a while based on dead spiders and such on the floor. The front staff are kind but not particularly helpful. Maintanence may leave you waiting for awhile but helpful when they arrive. Watch out for hidden extra charges on rentals the website and customer service doesn't disclose and poor communication with customers regarding charges. Be prepared to buy items you would think are in the condo and

I have used Condo World for many years when we are planning our beach vacation. They are the best. Dawn is amazing at trying to make sure you get the help you need and you don’t have to worry. My friend and I booked a sort of last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. I googled for a condo and Condo World came up. Searched through their options and booked a two bedroom condo with a partial ocean view. Before the trip, Condo World kept us up to date on our arrival. Upon arrival, the water park resort, the Dunes, was great. Our condo was exceptionally clean and spacious. The view was fantastic. I’d go back again!

We stayed in Bahama Sands #602. Loved this place. The view was spectacular - from the living room and all bedrooms! Very clean, tastefully decorated (not over the top) and plenty of room to set up 2 temporary offices for the week. Comfortable beds and a lot of extra bath towels, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked.

I have rented from several companies in Myrtle Beach over the years and this condo was the dirtiest I have ever seen. There was literally an inch of dust on the baseboards behind the bed, mold around the vent, drywall repairs that were never finished…and the list goes on. I was shocked that Condo-World would have such a run down and dirty condo in their inventory. I sent them a message and never received a response. Buyer beware.

Through Condo World we were able to book a weeklong trip at The Ashworth in North Myrtle Beach, which began with a minimal contact check-in at the main office. The unit itself was spacious and clean, perfect for a large family or several to stay in, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. While we did not personally use the Lazy River or swimming pool areas (due to wanting to maximize our time at the beach), but these areas appeared very clean and popular by other vacationers. The quality of this 4 bedroom four bathroom condo at 1403 Crescent Shores through Condo World was awful.
When we arrived for our $3000.00 plus 7 day vacation stay in Myrtle Beach SC with our 4 adult children and three young grandchildren.
We were in shock as to how filthy, how old and dated this unit was.The pictures were a bit deceiving to say the least.
The master bathroom shower was just nasty the walls had marks and stains on them.The kitchen floor was dirty. The bedding was awful.

Rented a 3 bedroom condo for 3 birthdays. This condo was filthy. The ceiling was leaking, floors were sticky, and there was mold growing from the wall vents. When you speak to Oceans one property, they say speak to Condo World about the hideous conditions, and then u contact condo world and they say go through the resort. This was over $2000 for 3 nights!!! If I could choose zero stars for this I would. #oceansonemyrtlebeachsc

Update 1/6/2020 Ben reached out to us on Dec 26, 2020 to make things right and we were satisfied with his response. We currently have a reservation for March 2021 and are looking forward to hopefully having a wonderful vacation as in June 2020.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No follow through with promises on maintenance, completely incompetent management, and upper management refuses to speak with customers about their issues. I guess with the culture they foster in their employees, management won't talk with customers directly because they are to cowardly to get an earful of what their customers think of the crap job they do. These people will ruin your vacation and do nothing (or very little) to make you whole. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.....STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!!

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed. This is what I cleaned off the floor upon arrival! Do not stay at WaterPointe II in SC. The pillow covers had dried crud obviously not washed before we got there, the furniture was stained and disgusting, walls were dirty. We ended up going and buying sheets for the beds and to cover the furniture so we could sit. Seriously! I would not recommend staying here!

Don't use condo world the condos they rent to you are disgusting. We stayed at barefoot Landing the yacht club condos in a four bedroom condo. When we got in the place was filthy the couch had stains on it and stuff from the previous renters. The carpet was not vacuumed, there was trash under the bed and dirty dishes in the nightstand drawer. The bathroom was not clean I had throw up on my boxspring of my bed I had to wash all the bedding because there was a random sticker on the bedspread. They don't let you park more than two cars here you have to park a car off property if you have

Absolutely no customer service. Try to get someone on the phone! Impossible.
We were shown a beautiful yet filthy condo. Curtains, carpets, and furniture were grimy. We were told that it was one of the nicer units.

We were with condo world for 20 years.. meaning they rented our condo on a % fee since 1998 .. suddenly they decided to no longer rent our condo . they wanted us to update it.. we asked them why should we update it ? we had brand new carpet on the porch that someone put 43 burn holes in it .. condo world did nothing ... then we had new carpet in the unit .. when we returned to check on it there was a 2 ft X 3 foot black tar spot on the carpet.. condo world didnt notice it although it was right as you walked into the living room ... condo world did nothing about either problem so why update it when

Booking with Condo World was easy enough. When we arrived at the location to get the keys, the place was chaotic. My husband and I go on vacation every year and are accustomed to folks showing up all at once to get keys. Checking in at Condo World was different. There was no rime or reason. Folks were butting in front of each other. The customer service agents did nothing to get things under control. When asked, an agent stated they never have a mgr here on Saturdays.
Fast forward to arriving at the Sea Winds. The place needed to be cleaned. The foyer had sand all over the floor. The

When I initially called for a reservation and they told me Crescent Shores II. - #306 I asked if it was a fairly new condo and answer was yes - wrong - built around 1982. When we got there no TV in children's room, two lights out in kitchen ceiling, microwave light out, no handle on inside of sliding glass door, door not sliding properly. I reported everything and maintenance came around 9 PM and said he had handle for door in truck but would have to come back next day as he could not fix lights and television needed cable company. I booked a condo with this company and I received the confirmation I was going to stay at the condo Reef I asked representative if there were any discounts and she assured me that there were none it going to be 4 people I decided to add another person after receiving my confirmation from the resort I took it upon myself to call the resort to ask about adding a person and to my surprise there was no problem and they took an additional 500 off of the cost of my stay because they were running a promotion or discount which was never revealed to me by Condor- World. I booked a " premium " 1 bedroom condo for my golf trip to Myrtle Beach. I was under the impression they included the toiletries I would need including shampoo, soap, and conditioner like a regular hotel but they had nothing in the condo except a bar of soap! I'm not sure what their idea of Premium is but uncomfortable furniture, laminate counter tops, and bright yellow paint is not premium to me. The resort had a nice pool and hot tub, lots of visitors, easy check in & out, and ok location.
I suggest Condo World send out SOMETHING - ANYTHING to inform the guest of what to bring

My family was vacationing here in April and one of the pools on the property had damage to the laminate coating on the bottom of the pool. My 6 year old daughter sliced her foot open requiring stitches at the emergency room. The pool was immediately closed, and the pool maintenance company returned to the scene admitting they were aware that the pool was in need of repair. I notified the resort and asked that we be reimbursed for the emergency room visit and they gave me the run around and would not help me--they were more concerned that they would need to have the pool repaired and clean blood

I'll never book a property of theirs again. Went solo on a business/pleasure trip and stayed at Tidemaster in N. Myrtle. They told me on the phone that the property was non smoking. Not so when I arrived. EVERYONE was smoking on their condo balconies. Then, First day there, they ENTERED my condo unannounced. I was on the beach at time. Left the door not fully locked, no note in condo to say they were there. When I called them about it they gave ME the phone number to the HOA of the building to find out if they went in for the "bug man" Idiots. I asked THEM to call and then update

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 13 years and have used many agencies to book our stay. All have been very accommodating until we booked this year with Condo World. We book a condo at Crescent Shores, when we arrived we found that one of the towers was under construction, which meant that the lazy river and hot tub was closed. We have four young children that look forward to using the lazy river each year. Stay clear. Shady business practices. Searched for condo with certain amenities that we wanted. Selected a property that had what we we re looking for. Booked it in January which happened to be the same time they started construction on the facility causing a few amenities to not be available. Instead of having the decency to let us know that what we were looking for was not available they let me find out after a 14 hour drive.
