We engaged Ron to help sell our house. He developed a strategy to maximize the value in our house. He provided us with the name of an excellent staging person and her work combined with the photographs from his photographer showed the house perfectly. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Kate Fair, despite the tumultuous market. Kate worked with us for a year! She was invested in us finding the right home for us, never pushed us on anything, and was extremely patient. Kate doesn't just want to make a sale, she wants you to find the best home for your family. We worked with a couple of realtors and Kate is by far the best.
