I guess my exam was OK. Dr. Bono didn't seem that interested. The exam was very rushed. Nothing was explained. I decided not to get glasses from them. Their selection of frames seemed very limited. Their optometry staff was not helpful and tried to rush me through. I felt like I was just a number to them, not a person. Very disappointed in my experience with this practice.

This office came highly recommended to me by someone I not only trust but highly respect. Everything about her recommendation was spot on to include the cleanliness, friendliness of everyone there and the knowledgeable staff and Doctor. Dr. Waterman explained everything to me until I didn't have any questions. I didn't feel rushed or unappreciated; to the contrary, I felt like my satisfaction was very important to them all. My husband already has an appt. with Dr. Waterman and I would and have recommended Dr. Waterman & his team to my family and friends. I feel like I'm in great hands with them
