The facility and the setting is nice, the staff is generally nice as well. The management and enforcement lacks severely. My sister is supposed to be walking around the facility for exercise and practice 3 times a day and it's rare that she walks at all, they always say she refuses, but I check with her and she says they dont offer. So she sits in a chair at the table all day long. Then she gets left on the toilet a lot, because the call light system doesn't work half of the time, she then crawls to her bed. Just this week her ankle braces can not be found anywhere which she had fitted for her
