At Prairie Ridge Assisted Living community, we feel every day should be enjoyed to the fullest. At the CBRF located in Waupun, we have spacious private rooms that measures 450 square feet with a private bathroom. We are able to meet the support needs of individuals who have all stages of dementia and the frail elderly who are required to have twenty-four hour/seven days per week supervision.
Prairie Ridge Assisted Living community has a CBRF located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Residents are treated with dignity in all aspects of their lives and are encouraged to participate in enriching activities. There are 27, one bedroom independent apartments for one to two people that have a private bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, and are very spacious at 650 square feet.

Staff is very rude to residents and does not respect them. Every time I have came to visit in the past, I’ve witnessed workers being rude to each other and the residents. One of the girls there made the other girl clean up someone else’s mess and it wasn’t their fault. This is not a place to send your loved ones too, save your money!! I would never want to be taken care of by these people.
