I met Kevin in 2015 and went through the process of getting a value for selling a private mortgage note. He walked me through the process and came back with an offer that was quite a bit higher than the other 3 companies I spoke with. We did not end up selling it in 2015 because we were simply trying to find out the "cash value" of the private mortgage note. Kevin was straight forward, easy to deal with, very good at explaining the process and quick with responses.
Fast forward to 2020 and we decided that we wanted to sell our private mortgage
