We can't express enough on how EXCELLENT the service is here. Rich and Jess were able to get us right in and out. Dropped off on a Thursday and called us that Monday letting us know our car was done! They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of from fast service to even a rental car! When we went to pick up our car it looked like we just drove it off the lot, and couldn't tell their was any damage done. Alan byer was great! This was my first time using my insurance for an accident and jessica was very nice and explained the whole process. It did take a little longer than I expected and that's because they were arguing with my insurance to cover parts ford required rather than aftermarket.
