1st they crushed the side of my car with their flat bed then they packed the keyhole with grease thinking it opened the door they let the battery die didn't let it charge then they kept it for a week and then they wouldn't call me at all every day I had to go there Check with them for one week straight just for them to tell me they can't work on the car to go somewhere else and then they didn't even check the car they just went out to the car tried to turn it over and told me that the car just isn't worth being worked on and to buy a new car

The team at K and C auto went above and beyond their duty to help me with my vehicle. I was having trouble with some electrical work after someone stole my radio (which blew multiple circuit boards and wire harnesses). After going back and fourth with my insurance company because they only were going to cover the stolen radio, Lynn bent over backwards for me to get the work done properly while also getting the insurance company to cover what they should have from the beginning. I would highly recommend for everyone to bring their car for repairs. I have used them in the past for minor work but

I was in a minor vehicle accident and the company I worked for sent me to K C Auto for some body work to the back of the car. KC was in possession of the vehicle for three days only. Not only was their work fantastic. They returned my vehicle to me so clean that it appeared to have been completely detailed on the inside .
Service like this is VERY rare nowadays! So when you get it....ya have to share the news!
Yes, i would bring my personal vehicle there and would definitely recommend. Even if they called me by the wrong name. 😄
