Very timely and fair. Everything was done according to schedule and we think they eradicated the bees.

The $400+ service for mice control is a borderline scam. The traps they laid caught 0 mice. We still see mice and mice droppings and when asked to return to address the issue, the exterminator didn't even have traps with him. One exterminator broke a door in my basement and just said "it was already like that". Save your time, money and frustrations and hire someone else.

Dave and his team are kind and communicative. I paid ~$400 for mouse removal.

Dave seemed confident he could handle the problem. We discussed humane traps, and he agreed to use those. He said he preferred snap traps because they were quick, and that glue traps were inhumane.

There was a gap in between when he came for the consult and when we started, and the problem got worse. When he did come out for the first appointment, I told him to go ahead and just kill them, and he ended up using glue traps. This is based fully on customer service. Never met DB but was able to complete a consult over the phone on a SUNDAY @12:00!! Dave was very nice and very well educated. He provided me with ways to treat and recommended types of treatments he provides. He provided re-assurance and wasn't quick to push treatments and costs. Dave was really nice in looking at our situation and telling us what he could do to help us get rid of the bed bugs i would definitely call him if i ever have any other issues. I felt like he knew what he was doing and was sure of the situation. Definitely recommend! Also had Better prices than any other place that i called, which is very important if you're looking for a job well done and affordability.

Not only was Dave super prompt, reliable and professional, but he sure knows his stuff! He came to my home on a Sunday because that was the only day I could see him or I'd have to wait another week. We had ants crawling through the kitchen cabinets and even into our dishwasher. And to make matters worse, we had a pesky mouse too (which he set traps for free and worked in less than 24 hours). I've been meaning to write this for a few weeks now but can't say enough about how helpful Dave was with my squirrel issue. He's an upstanding guy who ensures the job is complete and done right. For not knowing many people in the area, I was lucky to stumble upon Dave and his staff. Highly recommend for whatever issue you may have. The ability to pay your invoice online was a nice convenience as well.

Dave gets 5 stars for returning my calls in a reasonable timeframe (including weekends and holidays) and for just being a VERY cool cat in the presence of a VERY uncool chick! ( I have no clue why a mouse makes me come undone, but EW! GET OUT!) Anyway, Dave's price is pretty fair considering he's the owner, he shows up when he says he will, he does a thorough inspection for vulnerabilities and compromises in walls, faucets, etc. and patches them up as needed, and then gets down to the business of trapping and removal. All with a kind and funny personality. ;-)

I can't say enough about Dave! When I discovered mice enjoying the comfort provided by my under-sink cabinets two weeks ago, I was a stereotypically panicked woman:) Dave came out the same day I called, handled my histrionics with ease and immediately set out with a plan to get rid of these unwanted guests. He came out every few days to check and reset our traps and was kind and sympathetic to my many emails and texts (including when my daughter discovered a baby mouse wandering around our finished basement). We are now mouse free and I have found a partner in my quest to keep my home free

Overall, they seem like good people but unfortunately they will not fix your problem- after spending hundreds of dollars and having them come out several times, we still have silverfish. If they were aware of being unsuccessful with eliminating this type of pest, they should not have agreed to. Very disappointed and wish I could have my money back at this point.
