I'll keep this short as every single other review is the exact same, these are very dark and deceiving people. Nothing but pure evil from each and every worker I have spoken to. They will take advantage of you every step of the way please do not get roped down the same path so many others have already. Have your wedding somewhere else or get completely scammed.

I called 6x to find out about Covid protocols. I just found out the voice mails that were left are NOT answered directly but the answer is given to the host (bride/groom) which should relay information back to me. REALLY !!
What kind of customer service is that? Pretty sketchy if u ask me.
The wedding vows were outside in the garden. A very hot day.
There wasn't any shaded areas for the guest.(canopy).
The cocktail hour was indoors..no air conditioning. The manager stated the air conditioning is on. The sternos are keeping the room hot. REALLY!!!
The food was okay..typical wedding food.

They have been trying to take advantage of me and others during this pandemic. I asked to move my day months ago to avoid any potential conflict with the pandemic and they refused at first. Now they are saying I will have to pay additional fees for the time of year I want for my ceremony. At this point, I have asked for a refund because the gathering limitations will not allow for the wedding to take place and they have stopped responding to me.
If I cancel the event, they will demand for me to pay out 75% of the contract. These times were already difficult enough

Please do not book during these times. Do not accept that your party will happen. Do not leave a deposit or if you do, leave a very small one. Make sure you are ok with your event not happening. My event has been cancelled 5 times now and they have no idea when they can offer me anything for my daughters sweet 16. She is now going to be turning 17 and they want me to have a sassy 17 party. Wth? I paid for a sweet 16 to have, when she is 16!!!! Now I am asking for a full refund and am being told a hard no. They want to keep rescheduling to an uncertain unknown timeframe. Elisa was our initial contact at the Manor. There was no pressure, it was more like a close friend telling you their thoughts and giving their opinion. We were having a large wedding and wanted to extend the open bar by and hour. I forget the exact numbers but to extend the open bar by an hour was one price and for I think a few hundred more it was to include the entire Viennese hour with tons of desserts. I mean a whole room filled with desserts

I was married here in May. The outside space is really nice. The staff worked extremely hard to make my wedding amazing, especially with the food. I highly recommend taking advantage of their outside space, since the cocktail hour was out of this world. Everything about my wedding was handled quickly and smoothly. If you communicate with them, they will work with you every step of the way.

I cannot say nothing but amazing things about Michelle and the whole team at Mediterranean Manor. Every concern, every detail of my dream wedding was heard and executed by the entire team. They really made me feel like a princess on my special day took the time to really understand what we wanted for our big day. This is probably my favorite venue on Long Island. Anthony the bartender went above and beyond. He crafted me the greatest H2O beverage I have ever consumed. With his expertise and knowledge of water mixology, I was able to have the most refreshing drink of my life.
Stunned, I asked him how he did it. How did this man create a drink this godly? Through this he revealed to me his travels to the Greek Mauna Kea alps, and how he mined this water through his contraptions of wood and clay. He performed nuclear reactions using the synthesis of a diatomic hydrogen and a single oxygen atom.

This place is terrible. The lady I really dealt was named Michelle. This lady was one of the rudest people I ever met. She was unprofessional and a liar who made promises that were not met. Then when I asked to speak with the owner she said he was not available and we were never given the courtesy of a return call. This place should not be in business if they treat people that way

When trying to find a venue for a bridal shower, we contacted this place. They told us the price per person and then asked us if it'd be men and women or only women. When I told them it'd be co-ed they said they'd charge more because men generally eat more and that women eat smaller portions and then went on in an extremely sexist manner. When challenged about this practice, the person I was speaking to became rude and brash. I cannot believe that this is even a functioning business considering. Disgusting.

The parking lot is small yet still has valet. The main entrance is deceiving (thank goodness an employee inside saw us wandering around unsure where to go). The ceremony we attended took place outside, with the sun shining directly into our eyes. Not the venue's fault by any means but annoying nonetheless. They did have a champagne bar available for the ceremony, which was a nice touch.

We had our sons first birthday and baptism here on Sunday 5/21. It was so much more amazing than I could have ever imagined, we were in the atrium room and it was beautifully decorated (all done by the staff at the venue). After reading the reviews before we attended a Sweet 16 here, I was a bit skeptical on what we were getting ourselves into. I'm in the foodservice business and not used to seeing such poor reviews on Yelp. I even went to our Director of Sales who frequently trolls Yelp looking for prospects and asked him if he'd ever seen a place with one star? He said "No way man. Good luck tonight."
Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I think the most important thing is to have reasonable expectations. You're not going to Oheka Castle and your host or hostess is not paying

An insult to a poor mans feast! Food horrendous. Bathrooms disgusting. Where to start.. the food. Most tasted frozen out of a bag. Most inedible. Meats were chewy and tough. Italian food a joke. Sound system for dj terrible.
Ok, the bathrooms. This is actually humorous. I can only attest to the mens room. Unless you are physically fit and agile, do not go into the stalls or you will hurt yourself! ! Not joking! The door opens the wrong way and you have to maneuver to get in. No paper towels.
