Although AC Home Inspections is a relatively new company, our owner has over 20 years of experience in the home repair industry, specifically electrical, plumbing, flooring and general construction. A graduate of Ranken Technical College in St. Louis, he has previously owned a construction company and flooring company.

After putting in an offer on a house(that we knew needed a little work) we decided to have a home inspection done. Our inspector showed up promptly and was flexible around our schedule. He had a professional and friendly attitude and demonstrated his extensive experience with house construction/functions. He was able to do a walk around and through the house, pointing out all the good and bad. He was also able to look at the crawl spaces, attic, garage, and a shed for us.
