Great experience. A thorough inspection was done with a detailed report. Explained everything to us as he went through the inspection. Not only did he let us know everything that needed to be taken care of, he let us know what needed to be done prior to and what items we could take care of after the purchase to help in avoiding issues with closing. Very personable and knowledgeable.
