DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FAMILIES BE TRANFERED NOR TAKEN TO THIS CENTER!. It's my advise, these workers are so negligent, irresponsible and they do not care of the patients. My father-in law needs dyalisis 3 times a week and they forgot to take him. They don't provide any info about the patients they don't know anything, everybody wash their hands, and the only response is: "hold on 1 second, (after) oh I don't know I'm sorry"

Looking to transfer my aunt, because of the treatment being received, These people taking advantage of cov-19 cause the know family can't go in to see the love ones. If the don't want to work the should stay home not go in and treat patients bad. We all going to get old one day. I am fed up. Looking for a better place for my aunt.

This is the most horrible place to take your loved one. PLEASE do not take your family here. My dad passed away December 13th 2020 from negligence and unprofessional care. He was left to die alone without any care. All they care is about the money and not the progress and health of the patient. PLEASE help me close this place down. If there is any more family members who went thru what my family and i are going thru now please help. I saw and read the reviews don't allow them to continue with this negligence! I put 1 star just so i can be able to post ,I don't have another option.

I’m only giving it three stars because I’m holding it to Medicaid standards. Money talks and i don’t have any. So considering the fact that it’s a state funded facility whose staff is probably not paid much, it isn’t so bad. You get what you put into it. You definitely need to be able to advocate for yourself or, for those who cannot, familial support is a must. If you want luxury this isn’t for you. But if you want to recover it is just fine. Not good or bad. Adequate. Honestly the patients are the ones with a nasty attitude. The staff truly seems to care.

I enjoy working at Sinai post Acute Care. My experience so far has been awesome. The owner is very caring of his residents and staff. My great grandfather was at this facility for 7 years and my family had a great experience. The staff treats the patients like family members. Everyone puts in a team effort at Sinai to make sure our patients are taken care of very well. We are currently under new management and will continue to keep striving for greatness.

This facility has the look of the four seasons hotel, but has no heart. I spent many hours discussing the propriety of transferring my parent to them after a stroke. After meeting with their admissions person and head of therapy I was told that my loved one needwd to be interviewed by a Sinai social worker. Can you imagine interviewing a person who is currently in a rehab facility who is recovering from a stroke!! Perhaps the SAT scores were next on the admissions list. After a great deal of effort on my part, records were sent to Sinai and the place where my loved one was being treated was under

My husband is presently being cared for at this center. He has been there for 3 months now.
I am very impressed with the professionalism and communication received from the center. The nursing staff are on top of their work, they are smart, caring and always very clear in their communication.
The rehab staff are absolutely amazing. They have given me a full report on what is being done to help my husband regain his abilities again. The nursing assistants are wonderful and try their best to make my husband comfortable. The record keeping is up to date and the food menu's look good, and the food

My mom is now living at the Sinai Center, and I have to say the staff, nurses, doctors are so wonderful!! They take such wonderful care of my mom and they are always on top of her needs. I love the food and the place is always clean. They answers the phones and are really here to help their residents and patients with everything possible.. My mom was at other facilities that were a disgrace.. her nurse who does the night shift getting those ready for bed is so sweet and patient.. I can't say anything bad but, thank God for them all. Sinai center is a real “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”
