I would, personally, rate this place below 1 merely for the customer service. I went to the place, with my father, to inquire about and book a massage for my father since he is struggling from severe back spasms. The front desk lady had no knowledge about different massages and was unwilling to allow me to speak to anyone who would assist me better. She was rude and unprofessional
