For Michael Counselman, starting a boutique landscape maintenance company was the culmination of a long-held dream. As the previous president of both Stiles Landscape Services Division in Fort Lauderdale and Landscape Florida in Naples, Michael managed stunning projects.
He worked on celebrity and high-end residential properties as well as commercial projects such as Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall in Sunrise and Hotel Escalante in Naples.But something was missing. Running these giant businesses made Michael feel out of touch with his clients, and being in touch is essential to him.

Thank you to Green Team for their professionalism and perseverance in helping us situate our Mockingbird Community, which we are very proud of. We’ve had only a couple of habitual complainers which are relentless but besides that, our community has improved dramatically in a short time. We started with many landscaping discrepancies which Tom And Janet are addressing but does take time. We already notice great changes and we appreciate the their efforts. Thank you Green Team I know you will make our community even better than it is.

Our HOA recently switched to this company for our landscaping. Last week, I witnessed one of their crew damage our pool screen with a trimmer. We immediately contacted our HOA and GreenTeam. I expected an easy and honest solution.
Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for the damage but their representative was beyond rude to my wife and myself. Their tone was almost threatening in nature. We just were trying to work out a problem that they caused.
I would not recommend working with this company.
