Our Movers were Chino, Dre, & Randy. They were extremely Professional, Efficient, and Thorough with all aspects of the move. I am stunned with their Moving & Packing Logistics. Everything was moved and packed into the Truck with Precision. These guys are the real deal. I would recommend these Gentlemen 10 out of 10 times.

On November 18, 2021 the wonderful team of Chris H., Juan and Josh moved our household and outdoor furniture. This is the second time that we have used Interior Moving Services. The employees are absolutely fantastic! They took such good care unloading our items during this move...as well as their dedication to packing and unpacking our items during our first move. Fourth move with Interior Moving and yet again, stellar experience. It was pouring rain all day during the move and Jhon, Jose, and C.J. remained hardworking, positive, and courteous despite the added negative conditions. They communicated well with me about what needed to move and what didn't (we had to pick up things from a number of locations to bring to a new office) and got it all done quickly. Will definitely use again!

We hired Interior Moving Services to move all of our heavy furniture and belongings from Canandaigua Lake to the Rochester area. Everybody we spoke with on the phone to schedule the move were very helpful. The 3 guys who moved us were Charles, Kurt and Jesse. They arrived on time, and were friendly and professional right from the start. They were hard working, pleasant to work with and took extreme care of how they loaded our things onto the truck. Nothing was broken and everything was stored and/or set up back up without any problems. They accomplished all this in 6 hours. Professional movers

Charles and Kurt moved me from Rochester to Buffalo today. These two gentlemen were fantastic!! They showed up in time, never took a break, worked through the rain and went out of the way to make sure everything was packed perfectly.
They drove from the city to Webster, packed all my belongings, drove 100 miles, unloaded everything and drove 100 miles back to Rochester in 7 hours!!
I give these two gentlemen and this company 5 Stars. I’ve used them twice and they are great.

I moved last week from a two-bedroom apartment into a new house. My downstairs neighbor used them a few months back and highly recommended them so I went straight with them. I called after I found out my closing date and they were able to get me in within a few days. Derek and Kurtis came out and did a great job. They had to struggle with getting a large couch out of my second-floor apartment but managed to and then quickly got everything else out. They were extremely professional, asking where things should go when we got to unloading. I would definitely recommend them myself to anyone looking

This was a few months ago. We really liked them as we spoke to them over the phone but after we set up the appointment for an in house estimate twice and both times they called to cancel on the day off. We understand things happen sometimes but on both times after they canceled we called back to reschedule despite them telling us they will call us back. In the end after they called to cancel for the 2nd time we gave up on working with them. I believe the last time, the Operations Manager called us the day of the appt, said he had to cancel and would call us back to reschedule. He never did. For

We recently moved from a 2-bedroom apartment to our first home. They are a bit pricy, but worth it to avoid all the heavy lifting ourselves. We had 3 guys total for about 7 hours worth of work. We had a second pick-up location and they were great about handling the logistics of that. The leader, Doug (I think), was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and kept everything moving at a good pace. Juan (I think was his name) was also very efficient and a hard worker.

My husband and I hired these guys to help move us out of our 2 bedroom apartment into our townhouse. We originally were just going to get a Uhaul, but we decided to bite the bullet and get a full service moving company and I am SO glad that we did. It was worth every penny! Naomi in the office was extremely helpful and walked us through the whole process. I also thought that they were very reasonably priced for what we got. The 3 guys who helped us move were fantastic too! They arrived on time and worked very quickly. They even disassembled and reassembled our complicated IKEA beds with no problem

Hired these guys to help unpack a uhaul coming from Syracuse. While they did arrive almost 30 minutes late, one of the drivers called me 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to let me know a bunch of guys didn't show up to work that morning and that they would be there as soon as possible. Totally not their fault and I appreciated the call. Once they arrived, they made quick work of my 15 ft uhaul. They were careful, courteous, and very quick! We were all chatting and having a good time by the end of it. The cost came in under the estimate as well! Couldn't have been happier
