I have been renting from them for over a year. Rents are very doable. Ms. Singer is very friendly and professional. Apt is large and quiet, friendly neighbors. Check them out, totally worth it.

Cindy is a true professional. She successfully rented our unit in less than 48 hours. This entailed showing our property, drawing up a rental/lease agreement and most importantly, arranged for full advance payment from the tenants renting the property. If you want personal service, someone who is willing to sit down and explain the process of listing and renting your income property, look no further. Cindy sat with me & my husband and explained the whole process of having a management company. We have self managed our income property for over 20 years & we are tired of doing all the work. I had a great experience with Cindy. She listed my riverfront condo and had it sold in days after listing it. She not only did a complete evaluation and complete review of sold and available homes in the market. Cindy emailed her large data base of customers throughout the area. Cindy has a extensive background in accounting and property management. She can offer options to both buyers wanting rental clients after there purchasing for added income in the months you don’t use property. I have know Cindy 10 plus years and believe she’s the best in the business. I was a California licensed real
