I was put into a really tough spot when relocating for work/re-entering the rental market after being a homeowner and other caveats that made it hard to procure a lease on such short notice.
I reached out about an apartment, explained by situation, and, although it didn't work out in the end, he was always available to answer any questions and made communication between the owner and I hassle free.

I viewed one rental unit with Danny. He was perfectly friendly during the viewing, but became incredibly pushy and inappropriate after. After viewing the unit late on a Friday afternoon, he sent over the application that night. I was viewing multiple units that weekend, and ultimately decided to go with a different one.
Danny continued to push me to submit my application for the one he had showed me, and when I declined, he sent me an unprofessional, hostile text. It was incredibly disturbing, and I was glad I had not submitted the app to allow him to have any more of my personal information

My sister called for an initial consultation about an apartment that was advertised for rent and spoke to the realtor Patrick Roberts. The call was on a Friday and when it was all said and done, Mr. Roberts let us know that he was going to go to the property owner with our questions and get back to us. David Mishel is a broker I started working with by accident. As a first-time buyer, I'd been tricked into reaching a Redfin (or was it Zillow?) affiliated broker rather than the listing agent, who was the person I was trying to reach.
In any event, he called to set up the requested showing and seemed nice, so I set up a few showings. He was super nice and easy to work with. He did a great job on this and subsequent showings of pacing them well and in an order that made sense, so we weren't driving back-and-forth across the area.

DreamTown Realty currently represents Alan Candea who is doing bad business with the community. He is building homes with cheap labor and violating area standards by hiring unqualified guys to do it. And then selling them to the people at full price to maximize profits. Maybe his small jobs aren't too bad. But now with him starting huge jobs there are numerous of problems already because he doesn't have trained/skilled workers doing the work. And DreamTown is helping him sell his property. All his work is non union and good luck down the road with problems

Chuck toured us the wrong parking spot assigned to unit. He didn't even investigate the issue. After we closed we discovered parking spot assigned to us is different than the one he repeatedly showed us. What made us really upset is that he didn't call to apologize or even try to explain. Just ran away with money.

Beware of this Agency. I experienced blatant misrepresentation of the property I'm now renting. The misrepresentation about an amenity, that was extremely important to me in my apartment search, didn't come to light until after I'd signed the lease. This amenity had been listed with the property on the MLS, however come to find out the building doesn't offer that amenity and the listing agent didn't bother to double check this (even after I'd asked about it more than once).
