Ellsworth Funeral Home has been serving area families for over 30 years. Bob and Cindy Ellsworth took over the Hallenbeck Funeral Home in 1979, which had served the area since 1912. Many things have changed since then, but one thing will never change -- we will always do our best to earn your trust while providing the most personal and finest funeral service available anywhere.

We have been honored to serve families of all faiths and we welcome your questions or comments regarding traditional services, cremations, cemeteries, and monuments. We also specialize in pre-planning, and the many options that are available. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about any aspect of the funeral process.
Services
When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one.
Burial will follow at the Graceland Cemetery in Madison. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. She graduated from Colman High School in 1958 and attended Stewart's School of. The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
