After trying to work with this company for 3 months, my husband and I are left having to get into contact with lawyers and filing complaints against this company. We were lied to, blatantly. Now we are left trying to put our life back together. The owner, a man named Roger, said he was "going to look into this" but I never heard from him! That was a week ago. My parents and my cousin are both planning to be buying a new house and selling their current homes and they will absolutely NOT be working with this company. I have cautioned everyone I know to stay away. I wish we knew before!

Extremely happy with Blue Water Mortgage company! I was buying a home in NH and was originally using Metro CU. We were all the way to underwriting and they decided that I needed to put in a radon mitigation system BEFORE closing. Since our seller was already putting in a new septic system, she would not foot the bill for radon... so the financial burden was on us. For this house, it would have been a $7000 mitigation system for water and air. Not cheap! And we just didn't have that kind of money. When we decided to refinance, it was a no brainer to go with Blue Water again. I contacted Roger and he called me immediately. He worked with me to develop a worksheet on different scenarios and was able to ease my mind that I would not only be saving money, but I'd be able to do home renovations as I wanted. We worked with Jay Healy at Blue Water Mortgage and were very pleased with how he handled us as clients. While it was only our second time getting a mortgage, Jay was extremely professional and service oriented giving us detailed information at every step of the way while explaining the process, what to expect, and when. Jeremy is absolutely fantastic! We had a long search for our home, and we had a very strict budget. We were forced to use this company in Fall 2010 due to seller contract requirements, however, they proved to be an excellent find. They were able to provide a rate lower by 1/8 of a point over my buddy who is a mortgage broker. In addition, they were able to close the loan in less than 30 days which was fantastic for us and the seller. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely use them again on future purchases or refis. 4.125 on a 30 year fixed with 0 points!!! Woohoo.
