Michael was more than a business associate, in the end he was a friend. Michael helped with my mortgage loan and then helped me with a refi a year later, not only was Mike helpful, he listened to make this work around my schedule which was important since I just had a baby and was dealing with the Covid situation that we all were facing. Mike continued to check in just to see how I was after, he left me feeling that I was working with a friend rather than someone out to close a deal.
