Nicole and Michele did a great job helping us sell our home in Ft. Lauderdale while we remained out of state. The sale was not without its problems as it was discovered the home had open building permits from a prior renovation 15 years ago. They took control of the problem and helped us retain legal and professional help that cured the problems. It would have been nearly impossible for me to have fixed these issues without their assistance. In the end both buyer and seller were happy! I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in south Florida!
