Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time. Debra Crotty has over 25 years experience in the funeral industry. She graduated from Temple Beauty School as a cosmetologist in 1984 and Dallas Funeral Institute in 1996 as a licensed funeral director and embalmer.

Have the Talk of a Lifetime, a program created by The Funeral and Memorial Information Council, was designed to help families have meaningful conversations about the things that matter most in their lives.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

Crotty took care of my brother Zachariah Shine Highfield in September 2020.. They did everything they could to help us be as comfortable as possible in this dark unexpected time. He looked so good and i will NEVER use another funeral home moving forward except them. They were truly a blessing to our family in a desperate time of need.

The day I lost my husband and I was completely lost then, I met Jerrah. Not knowing where to even start since I never lost anyone before she was right there with me. Her smile made me calm, her voice is so carrying. The process went so smooth. I don’t like funeral homes for they scare me, but… this one doesn’t feel like one, the feeling is so different to others I have been to. If you want calm and welcoming and not the feeling of other funeral homes, Crotty’s is definitely the place for that. I wasn’t sure where to have the service and the day before it was suppose to happen I called

I lost my stepfather unexpectedly. I reached out to Jarrah at Crotty Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Within a few hours I was already sitting down with Jarrah and starting the planning of the funeral. Jarrah made this overwhelming process so easy. Her attention to detail is amazing. She personalized this funeral to my stepfather who was an avid hunter and she most definitely captured who he was. My mother died very unexpectedly. We were not at all prepared for the cost of anything regarding her passing. I was pregnant when my mom passed away and it was at the same time jarrah was pregnant. She really tried to help me in anyway she possibly could to keep the stress down. Her and her mother did everything they could to keep costs down and actually were able to donate an urn for my mother. They are so incredibly compassionate, loving, understanding, helpful and generous. The list goes on. I cannot speak highly enough for these beautiful women. I highly recommend them. Absolutely the most caring service in our time of need. They really focus on providing for the family. And helping with the grieving process. They have now done 3 family funerals: my Uncle, then my Dad, then my grandmother. These women are full of compassion and take pride in serving their clients and families. We love our community and opened Crotty funeral home 8 years ago to be able to raise the standards of funeral service in Bell county and make services for affordable for our community.
