I graduated with my Master's in Social Work and am licensed in the state of Colorado. I have worked with a range of individuals from children to adults, as well as individuals, couples and families. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, and Psychodynamic theory for all populations, and I also offer play therapy, writing and journaling, and other creative modalities for children and adolescents.
I have worked with anxiety, depression, grief, sexual trauma, domestic violence, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, self-esteem challenges, parenting challenges, family dynamics, self-harm, behavioral challenges and more. I value instilling a sense of validation, self-compassion, and hope in the individuals and families I work with.
